Positive points: Our stay was excellent. The location was ideal—quiet and peaceful, yet conveniently close to all the key attractions, making it easy to explore the area on foot. The breakfast offerings were consistently high-quality and a great way to start the day. What truly set our experience apart, however, was the exceptional service. The staff was attentive, professional, and always willing to go the extra mile to ensure our comfort. We highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a balance of convenience, comfort, and excellent service.

Review: From check in to check out, the service was exceptional. We were checked in by Miss Linh in the Club Lounge, she as the rest of the Club Lounge team were so friendly. We had 2 Premium club rooms, spacious very clean, housekeeping staff great. Hotel is in agood location in district 3 easy walking to all the sites. Breakfast, in-room dining and restaurant food extremely good with a good selection for everyone's taste., well priced and tasty! Pool area gets the sun, very clean and good to relax around. Taxi's are easily available at the conceirge desk. The Mai House Saigon is a excellent base to stay to explore HCMC. We will return !!

Positive points: A beautiful hotel in every way. We loved every minute if staying there and was so so sad to leave. Really everything you could ask from a five star hotel and more. Staff was amazing and the breakfast incredible.

Positive points: I had an incredible stay at this hotel! From the moment I arrived, I was impressed by how immaculately clean everything was. The housekeeping team does an exceptional job maintaining the rooms and common areas, making the entire place feel fresh and welcoming.

The buffet was absolutely amazing! There was a wide variety of delicious dishes, all beautifully presented and full of flavor. Whether it was breakfast, lunch, or dinner, the food quality was top-notch, and there was always something for everyone.

The staff truly made my stay unforgettable. They were friendly, professional, and always willing to go the extra mile to ensure I had everything I needed. Their warm hospitality made me feel right at home.

I highly recommend this hotel and will definitely be returning!

Review: The hotel is perfect. Everything is fine. Somehow I lost my sunhat there in the room or in the lobby, just before I was leaving, but everything else was fine. Breakfast, room, attentiveness, cleanness.

Review: This was our 4th visit to HCM city and Mai House Saigon is top of the chart! My husband and I stayed there for 5 nights with excellent hospitality and felt very welcome throughout our stay. The executive lounge was exceptional. We were particularly impressed by the friendly and quality service of the entire team. Their breakfast was also great with a good selection of food with quality. The Bed is exceptional too and both of us could sleep well. Overall, the hospitality was the best and we highly recommend that others to have a pleasant stay in HCM.

Review: We enjoyed our stay here. Everything is great. The only downside is that it may sometimes take long time to wait for grab/ taxi to come pick us up from the hotel due to traffic. Other than that, everything else is perfect.

The entrance is absolutely beautiful, with a massive Chandelier and a lovely lobby area. It’s no wonder the locals have this place booked out, because as an event space, it’s stunning.

Also they have really lovely rooftop pool area and very clean facilities that are being looked after by attentive staff.

If you’re looking for a place to stay in HCM, this is for you. Don’t get sucked in to looking for something in district 1 - this is only a short walk or grab to everything that you need.

Review: We were in nice hotels in Hanoi, Danang, and Ninh Binh, as well as a 5 star cruise on Ha Long Bay. This was easily the most beautiful and comfortable hotel we stayed at.

Positive points: We can’t say enough good things about our stay at Mai House. Our apartment was spacious and well furnished. Service was always friendly and efficient. The breakfast buffet is expansive and high quality. And we loved the location in District 3, with many trees and proximity to both important sites and good restaurants.
