Review:
The room is really small and gets very hot.
It was clean and orderely when I arrived. When I had an issue with the hot water, as it would only stay hot for 1 minute, the staff addressed the issue immediately.
The location is near the beach and you can walk to other areas. There are plenty of places to eat nearby, plus stores to buy your essentials.

Review: I’ve stayed here many times, and this time I brought my siblings along. I’ve tried other hotels in Da Nang, but this one is my favorite for its practicality. It offers a condo-like setup, with a fully equipped kitchen, a big fridge, and even a washing machine with a dryer. This hotel really has everything you need, making it perfect for longer stays. I’ll continue to choose this place for future visits.

Positive points: The staff was friendly.
Negative points:
The alley to the hotel's entrance was narrow for taxis or tour bus for pick-up or drop off. The bathroom wasn't clean, especially the glass shower door and taps. Dirt and dust between the fridge and kitchen sink. Cups stained with tea or coffee.
You may not be able to do much with the alley as a hotel, but you can definitely improve on cleanliness.
My expectations were not fully met.
Review: I stayed at My Suites for over a month, the apartment was just as in the pictures. The bed was comfy. and kitchen was functional. There are a lot of good cafes and restaurants around. For me the biggest plus was being so close to beach. And, the staff were nice and attentive.

Review: I spent nearly 3 months here and I loved every single minute of it. There are good restaurants nearby and the beach is fabulous. More importantly, the ladies who run the hotel are fantastic and they made it feel like home within ministers of arriving. I'll be back! ☺️🙏🏻
Positive points: The only thing I liked is the stuff. They were very welcoming and polite.
Negative points:
The apartment had a terrible smell and was wet. A lot of ants, even in the bed.
One small window only, which was looking to some wall and was not possible to get fresh air from it. So we didn’t even open it.
Not satisfied(( Don’t recommend.
Review: Stayed here for a month and will definitely be back. It’s near the beach, and everything you need is in the room.
Positive points: This is great place, near to the beach, cafes and shops. The street is very small, so, it's rather quite. The stuff is really great and friendly.
Negative points: It was a little bit loud sometimes, windows are not very soundstopping, but, as I said, the street is quiet, so it was not a real problem.

Amazing place. Staff is extremely friendly, place is very clean and location is amazing. It only takes you 5min walk to the beach.
Apartment has washing machine& dryer , kitchen and all equipment.
Staff is very friendly and always willing to help you.
Also you can rent a motorbike.
Highly recommended !!!! (defo coming back)

There is only one tiny window, so there's no nice views.
There is the drainage problem in the shower cubicle.
I had a hot shower only one day then no hot water after that, so I went to the next door for the shower.
Sorry but, I won't stay there again.

Negative points: The walls start vibrating once in a while. It was hard to sleep the first night
Review: First thing I did was to check for cleanliness and unfortunately a quick wipe of the kitchen counter top and then the floor yielded extremely dusty, black, and dirty tops and floor. I didn’t trust the cleaners by then and had to thoroughly clean the place before we commenced our stay.
Positive points: THE STAFF WAS EXCEPTIONAL.
