Positive points:
Location is fantastic. Short walk just on edge of the Ancient Town. Friendly service with rooms clean & tidy. We had 2 rooms on level 3, 301 & 304.
Room 301 - 2 x double beds
Room 304 - 1 x double bed
Negative points:
Only minor items
Room 304 - Wifi drops out now & then
Room 301 - Laundry room must be above. Some noise at night
Positive points: Lyna's House was a great stay. My girlfriend ended up getting sick and had to stay in the hospital for a few days. The staff were incredibly accommodating in shifting me to an available room when I needed to suddenly extend my stay. They even let me use their motorbike to go see my girlfriend in the hospital. Truly wonderful people.

Positive points: Staff couldn't do more for you. So happy and friendly. Very relaxing and homely feel.
Positive points: The host and staff are very kind and helpful. They offered me a free upgrade and were ready to help in any way. That said, the room and especially the kitchen and dining area could be a lot cleaner.
Positive points: Very clean and well located place, a few minutes away from Hoi An city center. It is perfect for a couple days in Hoi An. Breakfast is delicious and prepared by lovely staff, who is always here to welcome and answer your inquiries. Free bikes to use very convenient.
Negative points: If you like sunlight in the morning, you'll appreciate the gentle light, otherwise ask for a room with shades on the window. Also our room window could not open. Nevertheless , these minor drawbacks do not really matter when you take into account the staff kindness.
Review: This is a lovely little guesthouse with an even lovelier host. There are many guest houses available in Hoi An which are fairly similar. What sets this guest house apart is Lena. She is an absolute gem. She is friendly, personable, helpful, sincere and truly wants to do anything possible to make your stay excellent.

Review: Great room and services by the staff for a great price. Location is just perfect — off the main walking streets enough to avoid crowds but close enough to be there in a few minutes. Would absolutely stay here again!
Positive points: It’s only a few minutes walk to the riverfront but away from the crowd. Friendly staff. Free bikes for the guests. Nice roof terrace and good breakfast (incl in my room price)
Negative points: I was on the third floor and I could hear people talking and playing music in the ground floor courtyard until 4 am. So not very soundproof
Review: Excellent location walk to the ancient city attractions in 2 or 3 minutes. Very comfortable rooms. Lyna helps with tours and transfers. Yes it is a great place to stay.
