Review: if you want to stay on a budget within the center of hanoi city, this is the place for you

Positive points: My stay was a wonderful experience. The service and accommodation exceeded my expectations. The room was clean comfortable and give the highest rating possible. Free laundry and great wifi internet seal the deal. Thank you for making my visit to Hanoi an experience I will cherish. Absolutely amazing and very attractive host. 🙏

Review: Place has netflix and staff helped us to retrieve an item we left in the room.

Positive points: The good thing is that the place has kitchenette area where we can cook whatever we want and enjoy our homemade food even at the midnight time. Cause normally, for the long stayed, we miss our origin food or the taste that we want to have. So, Libre makes us feel own room to enjoy staying. The key is that we can easily to collect. I can also communicate via whatsapp. They do inform the cleaning service timing beforehand.

Review: We stayed here for 4 days. We reached early we were given check in by 1pm. There is no proper lobby to keep your luggages. You have to carry your luggage, you will get no help there. Though rooms were clean but the hotel location was worst.. You cannot walkaround no reception no lobby.. not safe for female travellers.

Positive points: Good sized room

Review: We stayed here for 3 nights and found the place quite nice, we had a few issues with staff confusing our bookings and issues with water but they were quite apologetic of this

Positive points: Descent place to explore Hanoi close to everything.

Review: Online reception 24/7 via WhatsApp, but they are very attentive and responsive. There's a security guard who will help you with the check-in instead.nnThe room is not like in the pictures, but it's fair for the price. We got lucky to have a room with a view to the Hang Day stadium and there was a a Ha Noi Fc match that night.nnThe location is good, near attractions but out of the old quarter madness.

Positive points: It’s not far from the main touristic places. The room is quite clean.

Review: I would not recommend this place! It is right in front of a football stadium of some sort and felt uneasy with the neighbourhood! Our luggage was left by the lift. There was no secure place to leave them. They don’t show you the REAL outside of this place and looks very dirty. I cried when we got there and ended up booking elsewhere! Don’t go by the pictures advertised. Avoid at all cost!

Positive points: There was Netflix and Wifi, which were pretty decent. The old quarter is just a quick ride by motorbike.

Review: Overall about average, not great not terrible.nn- Location wise it is quite allright, located close to the Ho Chi Minh mausoleum and the Temple of Literature. It is a good 30-40 walk to the Old Quarter though! Now knowing better, next time I would choose accomodation closer to or in the OQ.nn- The man at the reception was kind but spoke not a word of English. This made checking in a bit difficult especially because at some point he just handed us his phone and we had to talk to a woman on the phone about taking a photo of our passports and sending her the pictures via WhatsApp. After paying in cash he didn't understand that he still owed us change (only about 20k Dong) sonat some point we just gave up trying - overall very irritating check-in.nn- The room itself has probably seen better days - loose wires, wear & tear, a musty smell in the bathroom but overall ok. The view is at least interesting, overseeing the Hanoi football stadium. There was even a match on one evening which you can follow from the room.nn- The worst thing about this place though was the bed. The mattress is rock solid. After an 11h flight this the last thing you want, might be a good idea to invest in some new ones..

Positive points: Everything was fine.

Review: The host and the security guy is really helping with any concern that I have. The location is good as you can walk around 200-500 meter to public transportation stop, famous tourist spot. There are some food shops and cafe nearby also.nnHowever, the building has many ancient devices which making noise while operating or too old that I dont dare to do. It's also smelling when you book small room. If you are tall should ask the host for a room with high ceiling as my rooom has a low ceiling that quite uncomfortable.

Positive points: The facilities are well equipped! I love the wifi, netflix/youtube, and the location as it’s quite near the city central. The customer service through whatsapp also easy to contact.

Review: The elavator is broken many timesnThe fridge is really noisy

Positive points: More or less everything was good. The property is in a housing area so there are lots of shops and cafes nearby. It's also quite close to various attractions. The room itself has a very nice view during the night. Pretty satisfied with the host's responsiveness on WhatsApp. The security guard didn't speak English but only Vietnamese but tried his best to help when I asked questions.
