Review: On the dates i visited, hotel was extremely quiet. But still was a really impressive hotel. The quality of the room was amazing and the staffs were friendly. Location was walking distance from the old town.

Positive points: location was great close to everything, room was ok, looked bigger online then what it was, but had everything we needed in it, staff were great and very helpful.

Review: Some good things like location, friendliness of staff and cleanliness all taken on board. Unfortunately we were put on the 4th floor right underneath restaurant which is extremely noisy from 6am onwards. Pool often had no towels available and was facing neighbouring residential buildings who could look right in. Breakfast was average with food being cool at times. Would not book again

Positive points: The staff was really helpful and the service was exceptional. They answered any requests we have to the best of best abilities and the delivery was much more than what we expected. The front desk actually remembers me by the name and that shows a lot on the effort the staff put in in their work.

Positive points: This is a lovely hotel. The room was beautiful, bed was comfy, restaurant was fabulous.

Review: Let's start with what we like about this hotel. The rooms were beautifully designed and quite clean. Lobby and hotel rooms are in good condition. Staff is attentive and friendly. Staff at the restaurant (breakfast) was very friendly and helpful. The bed was big and comfy!

However, there're rooms for improvement for this hotel. Staff should be able to speak better English, at least at standard communication level. It's very difficult to communicate with them.

Anyone can walk into an elevator and go upstairs. Keycard wasn't required at this point. I was a bit concerned with security, especially when the front door of the hotel was widely open all the times.

The first room we checked into didn't have towel hanger/hook anywhere in the bathroom so they had to move us to another room. which was much better. My parents was in another room and their bathroom didn't have toilet paper holder, which is weird for a so-called 5-star-hotel.

Overall, it's good value for money. We had a good sleep. My expectation wasn't that high but I would expect more for a 5-star hotel.

Positive points: super clean and everything was brand new and the staff was very helpful

Shower area is just next to toilet bowl and bath tub.everytime the floor n toilet bowl will be wet.
Went outing and back and find my room door is open.was shocked and call up receptionist and they check cctv is that housekeeping forget to close the room.

Was so scare and unhappy
