La villa de CoCo Ben Tre

Review: Travelled with 7 and 9 years old kids. Stayed at 'pool view family room', room was very clean and comfy, ceiling is at some 3.5-4m so overall it felt huge. For a short stay it was more than ideal. Beds are perfect & bunk bed would easily serve any adult, very wide and long. Everything felt pretty new. Pool is superb for refreshing yourself or playing with the kids (1.5m deep), very clean. Greenery/garden is taken care of daily and a pleasure to look at. It's a small hotel, 8 rooms altogether I think, it felt private and special. Breakfast was very tasty, maybe not as varied as at a full-fledged hotel, but everything was fresh and good quality. Lunch/dinner reasonably priced and tasty (vegetable soup..I do not think I'll get one that tasty ever again!). Now this is all great, but I think would not be half as good without hotel manager (Lin? We did not get her name:( ) - she is a one man army and truly helpful. There are several trips offered, we did a half day long one and it was really OK for a family. It was a private trip and one could get a lot of info from the guide. TL

Positive points: Excellent homestay. We enjoyed cycling with the good bicycles that we could use for free and enjoyed the great clean pool in the beautiful garden. We recommend the very good home cooked food. Thank you for everything, we would love to visit again.

Review: We stayed here for 4 nights and loved it. We had a family room which was spacious, tastefully decorated and immaculately clean. The common area is lovely and the grounds are beautiful. It’s in a good and quiet location, on a quiet lane where you can walk safely. The pool was also great - large enough with sufficient chairs/loungers for relaxing. We ate most meals here - breakfast was plentiful and the set menu for dinner was great value, healthy and delicious. The staff are beautiful, warm and welcoming people and Linh especially helped us (going over and above) through a difficult time when our young daughter was ill. We couldn’t thank her enough. Linh also took us on a great tour of the surrounding area. I highly recommend these lovely villas and would return. It was easily the nicest accommodation in our 3 week Vietnam trip.

I stayed in the Let Go Room, which was beautifully designed with comfort and simplicity in mind—perfect for unwinding and reconnecting with nature. One of the highlights of my stay was the adorable Linh, who was so warm and welcoming. Her kindness and hospitality truly made the experience special. The food here is also fantastic—fresh, flavorful, and full of local charm. Every meal felt like a home-cooked delight, adding to the overall sense of comfort and relaxation. If you're looking for a tranquil retreat with great food, a cozy atmosphere, and wonderful people, La Villa de Coco Ben Tre is the perfect place.

Positive points: The Villa de.Coco is really a gem! So beautiful is the place, so peaceful the atmosphere, so nice the staff! The manager Tuyen is very professional! The room, the food, the tour, all are wonderful. Just wish we had booked a longer stay!

Positive points: Beautiful location in Ben Tré, with excellent in-house meals. The hosts are amazing, super friendly - it is more like a boutique B&B! There are tours available and they took us to the morning market and gave us a cooking lesson of a local speciality. You have to book early as there are only 4-5 rooms- this is absolutely the best accommodation around here! Thank you Quan and Hanh who are both so kind, and Tuyen (handsome and funny)! It is rural, so you are surrounded by coconut palms and roosters, lovely to bike around the area.
