Review: Location is quite far from the city centre but if you can plan your travel ahead, its not an issue.

Review: Totally，the hotel is worth with 2 days in HANOI，especially there are different kinds of breakfast food，like noodle 、rice and bread etc， also the waitress and waiter are very kindly and friendly.

Positive points: The hotel is super clean and comfortable. The view to the lake is spectacular. The staff is friendly. The location adjacent to the shopping mall is a huge plus.

Positive points: Staff is very welcoming upon arrival and throughout our stay. Our rooms were spacious, clean and very cozy. The hotel and the rooms are exactly as the pictures on the website here and others! The location was excellent. The spa was able to fit us in it last minute. We stayed December the week after Christmas. Loved the lighting being able to dim and the bathroom showers and bathroom area was very elegant. Loved the shampoo, conditioner and body wash products and cents!!

Review: Great place, lots of amenities, mall is nearby (at higher-end prices) but worth it for the restaurants.

Review: As the title suggest, L7 West Lake main attraction is that it's near Lotte Mall which makes it extremely convenient. Only qualms is the price of the morning buffet does not necessary translate to the quality and variety of food.

Positive points: The room was great! Had a lovely anniversary surprise waiting for us. We stayed on the executive floor and enjoyed the food and drink provided. Definitely one of the best buffet breakfast’s we’ve had. The staff were excellent and very personable. The bed was extremely comfortable and facilities excellent. We enjoyed the rooftop pool, gym and sauna. Highly recommend and we’ll be back.

Review: I really like the way the room is decorated simply, warmly, conveniently, and very clean in every little detail. The staff is friendly and enthusiastic. However, there are two drawbacks: the balcony door doesn't have sound insulation, so I can hear the noise from outside and loud talking in the hallway. And the ventilation or air conditioning system is a bit noisy.

Positive points: The hotel is new and modern, located on the lake and there is a shopping mall underneath! The breakfast was excellent and had many options.
