Positive points:
Very nice and friendly hotel, 5mins walking distance to one of the most beautiful beaches on the island. Many restaurants and bars in walking distance (= means also some noise during night). Breakfast basic, but sufficient.
Staff extremely helpful and friendly, the value for money is among the best I ever experienced.
Negative points: Bathroom is a bit basic, but no complaints given the cost.
Review: Really good hotel for the price. Staff are great, and very helpful. Decent scooters to hire and location is ideal.
Positive points:
The staff are the best. Really lovely people. Couldn't be more accommodating be it at reception or breakfast service (nicest lady doing breakfast we have ever met!).
2 min walk from the best beach on Con Dao. Nice evening stroll (15 min) from the centre of town.
Negative points: Nothing. This is hospitality as it should be everywhere.

Positive points:
We absolutely loved our stay! We were very happy with our choice to stay in this lovely, homely family run hotel. The cleanest accommodation during our 4 weeks in Vietnam. The communication was prompt and efficient in fluent English. Minh and Binh and everyone else of the family/staff were friendly, kind and helpful. The included breakfast was a great treat every time, with a variety of local and western food.
The location served our need of being out of the hustle and bustle but still close to everything.
We will definitely stay there again if we have an opportunity to return to Con Dao!
Review: Khách sạn nằm ở vị trí đẹp, gần trung tâm và ngay gần bãi biển. Phòng khách sạn sạch sẽ và đẹp. Nhân viên khách sạn dễ thương, hỗ trợ khách rất nhiều trong quá trình lưu trú. Giá khách sạn rẻ so với mặt bằng chung nhưng chất lượng rất tốt!
Positive points: The staff were amazing and Incredibly helpful. I had an incident with the scooter I rented, and they sorted it out for me, paying for the leaking petrol and giving me another scooter. The room was clean, and the shower was hot. Breakfast was really nice, and the lady was lovely
Negative points: I disliked the lack of working plug sockets near the bed, and the shower head was too high and did not tilt down
Review: The first time I came to Con Dao, I was struggling to choose which hotel to stay at. I saw many good reviews of this hotel, so I decided to give it a try. The room was clean and the staff were friendly. When I arrived, the hotel was crowded and I came early. The staff helped me check for available rooms several times, but unfortunately, there were no more rooms left. However, when a guest checked out, the staff quickly cleaned the room for me to rest. The hotel is located near most tourist attractions. The only thing I didn't like was that the soundproofing was not good. Overall, I would rate it a 10 out of 10.
Positive points: Friendly and helpful staff. We got an upgrade room and immediately check in due to early arrival and there was elderly in the group. Much appreciated!
Negative points: No bedside table and the wardrobe was under attack of termites, but that's nitpicking.

Positive points: Lovely spacious clean and comfortable bed, bed particularly luxurious. Great service from all staff, very helpful. Great breakfast and lovely lady who takes care of the buffet. Motorcycle hire very good and loved the location, across from the beach and close to lots of good food options.

The breakfast was great. It was clean and the staff friendly and helpful.
Review: Overall helpful, room according with the 2-3 stars. Although when we landed, no one came to pick us, while I have sent exactly 3 emails to remind them. We had to call them and had to wait for someone to pick us.
Positive points: Breakfast was excellent - and we could order almost anything we wanted!
Negative points: Nothing!
Review: Good Locations, near the beach just walk few minutes, Staffs here very friendly and helpful. It is value time and money to stay here.
Positive points: Nice room, close to beach and many restaurants. Helpful staff. Convenient and well priced shuttle service. Chilled water in the hallway so you can refill bottles. Ice creams at reception. Great value.
Negative points: Just a couple of minor things. No choices for breakfast. We were fed a western type breakfast whilst others were fed a Vietnamese breakfast. They could have given us the choice. Also there was no one to assist with dragging luggage up stairs on arrival.
