Positive points: clean, comfy, warmest shower I had on the island, nice remote setting with good backdrop of the mountains. Accommodating staff gave me a free upgrade cause I was the only one at the hotel.
Negative points: Totally deserted but I went in off season. Greek themed rooms a bit odd but it was chill
Positive points: Everything is nice. Staff is super friendly and helpful. I like the architecture and the room style.
Negative points: Perhaps this only happened during my stay but the dogs from the surrounding neighbors barked all night and the cocks were crowing through the night also. This was not the property’s fault but anyone that is noise sensitive and hoping for a good night sleep after a long day out could take this into consideration.
Positive points: We loved how beautiful the resort and the rooms were, the pool was great, the staff were incredibly lovely and they upgraded our room for us on arrival! They have some drinks available for purchase at very reasonable prices
Negative points: The only thing we didn’t like was that there was a charge to bring any outside food such as takeaway to the resort.
Positive points: Nice style.
Negative points: But needs a polish.

The front desk people replied to all my queries weeks before the trip, and was quick to respond during our stay. The cleaning people did a great job at keeping the room clean and organized. The kitchen staff were all attentive as well they weren’t quite fluent in English but they tried to understand our requests. The chefs were very friendly too! We requested to cook special food for Lunar New Year’s dinner and they delivered, and even gave free veggies )

Positive points: The houses are very cute and the pool area is nice. Next door is Julia's garden who serves good breakfast.
Negative points: The house had some cockroaches that we killed. The staff offered us a different room but we decided to stay since the room was very nice and we thought they were gone. Unfortunately the next day we found more, so we should've listened to the advice. When we were there the kitchen was also closed (also for breakfast).

Phòng đẹp như ảnh, như 1 resort mini chỉ là ko gần biển. Nhân viên khá thân thiện, nhiệt tình
Điểm đáng lưu ý là hơi xa trung tâm nên rộng rãi, yên tĩnh nhưng ko tiện ăn uống vui chơi. Khách sạn cũng ko có hỗ trợ gì về ăn uống. Nói chung nên lựa chọn tùy theo nhu cầu

Negative points: They have unclear description about tripple room and ask us to pay more when we stay 3 people. They explained that tripple room is just the name they named for the room, it did not mean for 3 people. While we ask them about this, the staff was very rude and impolite. He said that he can invite us to leave the hotel immediately. This was never acceptable in hospitality. We asked to talk to manager or owner, then the owner solved out for us. But they said they will work with Booking because Booking gave wrong information to customer, not the hotel. I feel this was very funny story. The hotel staff’s attitude is unacceptable, that gave us a terrible experience for our trip. I was the one booked this room for my friends in the same trip, what happened made me so asshamed with my friends. This effected terribly to my honour. I will NEVER come back this terrible hotel.
