Review: Very happy stay !!
Positive points: Great location easy to locate run by a very helpful local young cambodian family with daily room services. Great restaurant on your doorstep serving excellent fresh food.
Negative points: Nothing
Review: Brand new hotel, spacious and beautiful rooms, central location, friendly staff. Will come back.
Positive points: This hotel is located in very quiet place and really in 1-2 minutes walk to the Sea. Personnel in hotel are absolutely friendly and hospitality. They've helped us with every request that we asked for. Highly reccomend this place, surely we will come back in Con Dao and definetly will stay in this Hotel. Thanks!

Review: The new hotel should be clean, beautiful, centrally located, and within a few hundred meters walking distance to the beach. The room should have 2 beds, a large bed, and a thick mattress. It is very worth staying in, with a modern bathroom. There is a hairdryer and all equipment works well, and there is an elevator.
Positive points:
- Great location - you cross one street and you're at a beautiful beach! Even though we visited a bunch of beaches in Con Dao, this was our favorite one :)
- The staff was very helpful, even though some of the people working in the evenings didn't speak English, they made an effort with google translate to help us however they could!
- Rooms were clean, you could also do your laundry and rent motorbikes at the property for a good price
Negative points: - The rooms are quite small so wouldn't recommend it to people who always want to stay in spacious rooms/spend some more time at the hotel (however, if you're just there to sleep and shower, that's totally fine :))
Review: Clean, good TV, friendly staff and there’s a nice rooftop area. The deal breaker is that we didn’t have hot water which was terrible and the manager couldn’t help us with that. Unfortunate, because it’s a nice hotel.

Positive points: Hotel was great. But the staff made it to one of our favorite trips! they were so kind and welcoming. We even got invited to spend Têt with them! Can really really recommend to stay there!
Review: Stayed at the hotel on the 10th. The room was clean, close to the center, and only a 5-minute walk to An Hai beach. The staff were extremely enthusiastic, providing transportation from the pier and even offering traditional offerings to the goddess of the sea. If I come back to Da Nang, I will definitely choose this place to stay.

Review: Lần thứ 3 chọn nơi đây là chỗ nghĩ chân. 1 câu thôi, ko cần nhiều thì mọi người hiểu rồi á. Tiện nghi, sạch sẽ, gần bãi tắm, nhân viên thân thiện

- Cơ sở vật chất: Tiện nghi, đầy đủ, tương đối mới.
- Nhân viên: Tổ chức dạng gia đình nhưng hỗ trợ đầy đủ khi cần.
Tổng thể: Đáp ứng được hoàn toàn mong đợi ban đầu với mức chi phí bỏ ra. Recommended!
