Review: Chị quản lí nhiệt tình, chủ động hướng dẫn thêm dịch vụ thuê xe máy. Khách sạn nhìn đẹp, ở trung tâm Côn Đảo, giá hợp lí. Mọi thứ đều ổn hết ạ.
Positive points: Good location near beach. Clean room. Could see sea out window to the left. Nice staff. Motor bike available for rent.

We vacationed with my husband for the January holidays. We liked the hotel very much! The staff was polite, always went out of their way to help us.
In the hotel you can book a bike (costs 1050000 dong per day).
There is a dry cleaner in the hotel, you can give your dirty things there.
Our room was not facing the sea, but it was even better. Because all the first half of the day the sun shines directly from the sea. In general, I gladly recommend this hotel for a vacation!
Negative points: Sometimes some critters can crawl into the room (we found a small lizard), but this is not a complaint to the hotel. Just be prepared for it - this is an island after all).

Positive points: Location and it was very clean, staff were very smiley and we got on great with Google translate
Negative points: You can’t pay by card - it’s cash only. Very few ATMs in the town, so be aware & plan ahead. No bar or communal area, just sit out the front car park with uncomfortable chairs

Some of the staff smoke and the reception area smelled
We had breakfast included in our reservation but the hotel does not have a restaurant so each morning we had a different adventure: breakfast at the restaurant nearby,motorbike to a restaurant near the market, grab to bring us food at the hotel
We cut our stay short by one day and this was the only hotel since we are here that didn't refund the whole amount for that day but only 50%
No mosquito nets at the windows so we always had some mosquitos,spiders or gekos in our room

Positive points:
Very close to a lovely sandy beach, and easy walk to many restaurants.
Room was spacious and clean. Staff all friendly.
The breakfast is served at restaurant next door, so just local food and ice tea. Moped hire available and we used moped to explore the island.
Sun set is amazing and must go to the beach where planes land overhead.
Would recommend hotel.
Negative points: Just breakfast. But you can book without breakfast and get something close by. So not an issue

Positive points: Excellent option near to a wonderful beach! The aircon is extremely powerful, the bed is good. High light to the tv (a big smart tv) in the room!
Negative points: The bathroom is big, but there is no divider between the shower and the toilet.

Positive points: The hotel just opened up in April so it’s still relatively new. Star was resourceful, friendly, polite and respectful. The room was spacious the there was plenty of water, tea and coffee for us with a water kettle.
Negative points: I didn’t like the bathroom setting so much, we are a family of 5 staying in the triple bed bedroom and going to the beach we definitely have wet clothes to dry, the bathroom it self is spacious but lack of hooks for us to hang our wet clothes to dry. I would suggest adding more hooks maybe closer to the door so we can hang our dry clothes in the bathroom.
Review: Khách sạn sạch sẽ, dễ tìm nhưng nhân viên không niềm nở. Khách ra muốn nấu ăn nhma khách sạn k chịu, nhà mình phải nhờ c lao công trong đó đem về nhà nấu r đem ra cho nhà mình, nhà sẽ trả phụ thu cho. Nhưng thề thái độ nhân viên khó chịu cực, ngta chỉ cbi nồi lẩu và rửa sơ đồ ăn mà nhà mình mua, rau cũng k rửa kĩ, cũng k có nước mắm mà cho muối tiêu, chén cũng k có. Nhà mình phải vô lễ tân năng nỉ lại 1 lần nữa cho mượn 4c chén và lễ tân ậm ừ r khó chịu đi cho mượn. Ăn xong nhà mình dọn dẹp sạch sẽ, trả lại vị trí như nguyên vẹn. (Khách sạn được ng quen giới thiệu vì trước ng đó được nấu ăn nên nhà mình mới chọn khách sạn này) Thề ăn k vô, chưa bao h đi 1 khách sạn mà dịch vụ của nhân viên lại kém như v, cuối cùng phụ thu 200k. Nếu biết vậy nhà ra ngoài tiệm cho rồi mắc nhất cũng 150k mà chén bát ngta cbi hết, ăn xong thì xách đít đi về mà kh cần phải dọn dẹp hay nhận lại sự khó chịu của nhân viên.
Positive points: All is new and clean, the room is spacious. It is nearby the seashore. The staff are very friendly.
Negative points: TV was still not being connected the wifi, there is no cable channles
