Review: Love the green, cosy garden. The location is not too far from the beach. Bungalow is simple but comfy. Staff are friendly and helpful. Good value for money and for a vacation in this little cute island.
Positive points: Peaceful. They encourage the customers to help save the environment by not changing the sheets and towels everyday so they have this door sign you can hang on the door. It’s cozy
Negative points: Reception area is mostly unmanned whenever i go there and the staff doesn’t speak english well knowing that there are a lot of foreign tourists.
Review: We were on the island for a week, so only stayed here one night. Only reason we moved was because we needed a fridge. The room is small but very charming and super clean. Location is fine if you have a scooter. If a room to sleep with cold AC is all you need, this is the place. Also, it has wild monkeys in the trees behind the resort.
Positive points: Super cute and cozy area with monkeys, chickens and huge trees with fruits growing. Nice location a bit out of the town but easily reachable by motorbike in about 10 mins. Apartments were modern and nice inside. Motorbike rental on site. And nice and helpful staff!
Negative points: One day they didn’t clean and it got a bit wet and damp inside.
Review: tốt
Positive points: Location, atmosphere
Negative points: The rooster that wouldn’t stop singing from 2-3AM to 9AM.
Review: I don't know how this family got this terrific idea of making this glamping experience on Con Dao. The daughter said it was because they saw no other homes day had a nature theme. This place is really hitting the target for at least American and European tourist. I saw Asian tourist there as well though. These are beautiful little a-frames with a whole wall of window on the front of them. Happily they don't have TVs. And they are set in this almost kitchen summer camp environment. The owners are very responsive if you have any problems. As soon as I got there I noticed there was loud bassy music that continued into the night from across the street. The next day I asked if perhaps they could turn the music down at night. He said yes yes and the people across the street turn the music down even though it was in the day. Then he went even farther and moved me to a whole other cabin farther away from the street. It was probably a more expensive cabin too. They rent motorbikes here at a very reasonable rate and you will want to rent one because you can't walk from here. You can't walk from anywhere because you have to use a motorbike to get around the island. Just a note, you might find the owners not very friendly but this is because they don't speak English. You just have to use Google translate and they will get you whatever you need.
Positive points: The owner went out of his way to help us when we realized we left our passports in our room- he raced back, picked them up in time for us to catch the flight- amazing!
Review: The host is pretty friendly and helpful . We arrived early and he let us check in early without additional charge . This place offer rental motorbike too . The place was clean and fresh
Positive points: I liked the environment created by the host/staff and the chickens. They were very kind and willing to help you get around the island to experience the awesome things the island had to offer. The rooms and site were cozy and I appreciated the emphasis on sustainability.
Negative points: N/a
Review: Very cute and comfortable. Literally 6 mins by bike from centre. Value for money.
Positive points: Surrounded by nature
Negative points: Did not have a fridge to keep water cool
Review: Rooms are great. Scooter rental is super practical as you essentially need one to get around. Helpful staff.
Positive points:
The place is wonderful and the room was very cozy.
The staff is very kind and hepful.
Cam on!!
Review: Beautiful room with a lovely garden and decoration, lots of greenery for great photos. The staff were very helpful and recommended great places to eat. The hotel also rents out new motorbikes instead of having to rent from outside vendors. This homestay is nicer than others in the area and not too expensive. There aren't many dining options nearby, but it's not too far to go to the market. Would come back if given the chance.
Positive points: The gardens
Negative points: No refrigerator no microwave
Review: Suitable homestay for groups of friends who love hiking and camping, beautifully designed rooms, beautiful homestay with many chill photo opportunities. Friendly and enthusiastic staff, only the electricity is a bit weak in the evening.
Positive points: We loved the location, on the edge of the rainforest, being able to watch the monkeys and being surrounded by lush vegetation. We preferred being out of town and in the tranquility and we rented a scooter which made it easy and fun to explore the island. The bungalow was perfectly simple, all we needed, the staff were helpful and friendly. The grounds and rooms were well-maintained. We loved it all round.
Review:
The place is really nice but just a bit farther from the center. The staff are very friendly and helpful. There are just quite a few insects around but maybe because the whole area is really like this. Still a place i’d recommend
Positive points: Staff is very friendly and support as much as they could. The place is very green and room is clean and cozy, price is reasonable.
Negative points: Location is not in centre, not an issue for my family though as it’s only 5m by electric car to the centre
