Review: Older hotel in excellent location. Staff were friendly and helpful. Room was simple and clean. Location, again, cannot be beat.

Positive points: The staff was friendly and had no trouble with the stay but the facility is very old and several things didn’t work or were missing entirely from our room. That is no AC control so we had to leave the window open all night in a part of town that pretty noisy.
Review: Nice experience to stay at insadong crown hotel. It is closed to night market, palace and myeongdong. Good location for shopping and night market street food. Hotel staffs are friendly.
Positive points: There was less cigarette smells in the room, unlike other hotels we’ve stayed in.
Negative points: No public transportation in the vicinity. Had to walk about 20 minutes to find public transportation. No complimentary parking.
Review: The staff not helpful at all about everything. The room is so old and dirty, and so dusty 😭
Positive points: Location is about a 10 minute walk from the nearest train station. Plenty of shopping and restaurants around.
Negative points: AC did not work and the design of the bathroom is not ideal for two people. Constantly having to shuffle around each other to fit.

Positive points: Rooms were clean and the staff was nice during check in and check out.
Negative points: When we came in it was really hot in the room and we had to keep the window open the whole time.
Review: Good location to explore tourist places and many nice restaurantes and cafe around this area.
Positive points: Great location, right in the middle of the old city, both palaces and bukchon were in good walking distance. Lots of great places and great night food market closeby.
Negative points: Room cleanlyliness was ok, but not exceptional.rnIf you leave on a sunday you can only use baggage storage until 1pm which is very inconvenient. I was told that I can use the luggage lockers that almost each subway station provides, but found that these are occupied most of the time so it can be really hard to find a free locker (make sure you find a ftee locker first, then reserve it before you have to drag your luggage all over town).
