Positive points: Perfect localisation close the city centre but in a peaceful neighbourhood. Amazing hospitality and kindness, arranged the bikes for us and the bus to Hue. Heartily recommend.

Positive points: The host was incredible. She did everything for us. She organised a cooking class for us. She washed our clothes. And she allowed us to check in earlier. She also organised Scooter hire for us. All these things come at an expense but it was so convenient. The accommodation was very clean large and had everything we needed. It was in an excellent location just over the bridge so very short walk from the market and the centre. We didn’t want to leave.

Positive points: If you are looking for somewhere to stay near Hoi An old quarter, I 100% recommend this place.
My partner and I stayed for 10 days. Everything was perfect, the homestay is just 5min away from the old quarter, but it's on the other side of a bridge, in a really calm area. Everyone in the family is adorable and very welcoming, we really felt at home and felt sad to leave! We stayed a month in Vietnam and this is the cleanest place we've stayed at. They prepare a lovely breakfast for you, also they can arrange airport pickup, also some activities and tours. If we ever get the chance to visit Hoi An again, we will book with them again!

The place is just beside the river, one bridge away from the noise which is just nice for those who want to rest. During rainy season, the rising of the water level won't affect this place which is a huge sigh of relief when we saw other places were flooded at the basement.

As the location is just next to the school, we enjoy the energy by the students when they have breakfast along the alley before going into the school compound. You won't be able to hear the noise of the school if you are wondering.

They provide laundry service 40k per kg, collect within 12 hours

There is a minimart (winmart) nearby and cheap and good food nearby. (Do try the traditional vietnamese dessert at the stall near the bridge, under the tree)

Room and toilet is spacious, bed is clean.

Simple Breakfast is available 50k as needed

Positive points: The room was clean and tidy when we arrived, even though we checked in earlier than expected. The air conditioning functioned properly, and the bathroom was well-maintained with all the essentials we needed.

Positive points: Very nice Homestay with comfortable and clean room. The host family was super nice and ready to help us for any enquiry. Also breakfast was good with quite some options. I highly recommend it as is very near to the old town but in a quiet neighborhood.

Review: The homestay is a mother/daughter combo and is very pleasant. As it is during TET they weren't offering breakfast but lots of choices close by. Rooms are clean and tidy,bed(good), bathroom (shower & toilet) adequate. Bikes to use(complimentary), handy as beach is only 4klm away. Lots of cafes at beach plus sunlounges and shade. Food around here is pretty nice. BeBe tailors are good.

Review: We had a great time staying here during high season. The family was very helpful and it was fun to watch the one-year-old toddle around. Location is perfect, you just cross the bridge to get to Banh Mi Phuong, Old Town, cafes, markets, and more.
