Review: Tới ngày nhận phòng, chưa kịp đến thì đã hủy, báo là đã hết phòng.
Không báo trước sớm cho khách chuẩn bị, khi tới nơi mới nói là đã nhắn qua ứng dụng, sao không gọi điện thoại.

Review: On the evening of February 22, 2024, from around 11:00 PM to 12:30 AM, I was assisted by a very friendly and enthusiastic receptionist, as well as a staff member who responded quickly through the Agoda app. They deserve a five-star rating for their customer service.
For this price range, the hotel is extremely clean and fully equipped with 2 sets of towels, 2 bottles of water, a hairdryer, a stove, and internet TV, meeting the standards of a hotel room that caters well to the local tourism industry.
The hotel is quite peaceful at night in the morning, you can hear more outside activities, but during the day, it is very normal, and there’s no reason to complain.
I highly recommend it for couples looking for a hotel that provides comfort and romance at an incredibly reasonable price in the areas of Thu Duc City, Di An, and Bien Hoa.
