Review: I requested for non-smoking room with high floor, and I end up with a strong smell of smoke and staff claimed that is a non-smoking room and they only have one room left. I also requested on a high floor and did not get it as well. Hopefully in the future customer service are better and honest to all customers about their request upon on the day they arrived, it caused me more time to look for another hotel.
