HOTEL STAR 39

Review: Hotel is not maintained well. The rooms have stains and cigarette burns on the chairs. The window facing the street does not have curtains which block the sun. Hotels need to be kept clean and maintained , unfortunately this one isn't

Review: The clean room is spacious, with delicious food a large plate of stir-fried noodles that serves 2-3 people.

Review: More like motel, dont have a level of professional like an actual hotel. Everything is old. Price is not going with values.

Review: The staff here are very enthusiastic, the room is equipped with all the necessary amenities, and these are probably the only positive points - the furniture is very dusty, it takes 30 minutes to clean the room with paper towels upon check-in, the room is not soundproof, so it gets very noisy from dusk until midnight because of the traffic, and the room rate is actually quite high compared to the average.

Review: We have stayed at Hotel Star 39 several times, it is close to the bus routes.
I would also consider this a safe hotel. The staff watch people very closely that come to the hotel that are not guests. The owner is very personable and very helpful. He speaks English very well.
Will stay again next time...

Review: The manager and staff are very helpful to me. They keep me safe and ensure that my stay will be excellent.

They can improve on by putting CCTV cameras and include more selection in their buffet breakfast. Looking forward to book in this hotel when I comeback again in Vietnam.
