Review: This hotel is cleanest, bigger in the area, I moved 3 hotels already in the same area and found this one and stay remaining 7 nights of my trip in this hotel
Positive points: I liked the hospitality very much..the rooms were very spacious.. the place is very peacefully.
Negative points: Fooding was not there . and nearby options were less...other then that rest was very good ..

Review: Everything is a lie in this hotel. Room size. Check-in time. Charge. The room is very dirty. No hot water comes out of the shower. The hotel promised to include breakfast but did not have it. The reception is very intimidating and not friendly. Never use this hotel again.

Review: If you want a quiet stay experience, Hoa Phat is the ideal hotel to stay. Conveniently less than 20mins ride from the airport cost less than 100K VND. Gigamall is the latest mall in Thu Duc district and it is less than 10mins ride from hotel. This is my several stays in Hoa Phat. The 1 bedroom apartment is fantastically spacious and cheap. I only got a leaky water pipe but it was repaired rightaway. If the hall is airconditioned it will be perfect as the weather now is extremely hot and humid and I need to shower several time a day if I not going out.

Review: I booked 2 rooms and called the hotel 3 times before staying there to confirm and tell the notes. And the staff agreed with my note. But when I was there at the time I booked, the staff told me that the type of room I booked was full because agoda didnt update Hoa Phat's available rooms, and told me to change another type of room :))) Poor me
Review: We had to wait for more than two hours to receive the rooms. The check-in time was 2:00 p.m., but the hotel didn't have rooms available until 3:00 p.m., citing that the janitor staff were cleaning rooms. The air-conditioning system in one of the rooms didn't work, so it was so hot in the middle of the day. It was very disappointing stay at this hotel.
