Review: The room is good. It has nice view. You could walk from the hotel to Giga Mall. Theres a lot of food outside. Its nearby a grocery store. I hope they improve the bathroom setting.

Review: I am quite satisfied with the money spent. However, one thing I’m not too happy about is the oddly placed power outlets in the room there are some near the desk, but they are relatively narrow, making it difficult to plug in the computer cables. 😭 In some corners of the room, there are signs of mold and dust. The bathroom is quite large, but the room isn't very big. =))) The TV has internet but I couldn't access it. Besides the dust and mold, I find the hotel okay the receptionist and the parking attendant (I think) are friendly and enthusiastic. THE RECEPTIONIST IS VERY WARM, speaks gently and softly, and has a good attitude (which I like the most). I hope the receptionist will work there for a long time.
I will come back whenever I have a chance I also saw a branch 2 but couldn't find it on the app. Please tell me how to book at branch 2 as well. I will experience it in future stays. Oh, except for the sound insulation, which isn’t very good I was sleeping late at night, and it seemed like the room next door came back from a party, slamming doors, talking loudly, and there was also the sound of moving chairs from the upper floor. But the hotel just needs to improve the moldy wall issue, like redoing the wallpaper. The refrigerator is clean but has a smell. Overall, I am satisfied and hope the hotel reads this and takes notes to improve further. I will definitely come back. 😋

Review: We had a fun and adventurous visit in Saigon and this hotel helps us achieve it. The location is near the Giga Mall which we can go in case we need variety of food and quick shops to do. The staffs are courteous and welcoming, they are trying their best to communicate well

Review: I requested for a non-smoking room but I dont know why I was arranged in the room with the smoking one. I even saw the ashtray and smell that.
When I first arrived at the hotel, nobody helped me to carry my heavy luggages. They just standing in the reception desk and saw me walking in. Kinda frustrated and had bad impression at first.
Only the girl at the reception desk is friendly and helpful as from my experience.
The room has very basic facilities and if you need hair dryer, kettle, etc. or request to clean the room, you need to tell them in advance. The good point is the hotel is quiet.
I didn't ask much since this is a budget hotel. However, it could be better if the hotel improve their services, starting from the staff.
