Review: Check the review about this property on Google Maps, similar situations. I booked a quadruple room, arrived early and received a message telling me to go to the other address 114 Ngoc Ha instead of the listed 160 Ngoc Ha. I didn’t check the message until the cab drop us and our luggage in front of the 160. My mom came in first while we were dealing with the luggage and came out telling us we have to go to 114. I came in again to question them why, and he yelled that “why you are still here? I have people waiting for you at 114. I’m having my lunch and you are bothering me. If you want to check in early, there is a room in 114 with no early checkin fee. Or you have to wait for 2 hour here until your room is ready.” I was pissed since we only wanted to drop the luggage and go for lunch, but when I realized there is no elevator on premises, I was leaning toward staying at 114 since my mom has bas knee. So I walked to the other property they affiliated with. Guess what? Yes they wanted to CHARGE early checkin, no elevator, fourth floor room with bathroom outside. That’s a no no. We ended up staying on a hotel nearby. I could not get over the way the receptionist trick me into going to 114 claiming free early checkin, then the owner of the other property said that would never happened. Then the 160 receptionist said they never said free checkin early. Imagine having my mom and my infant walking in the middle of the day dragging luggage while my husband with bad ankle standing back watching other luggage we have and holding my sleeping toddler. It was 97F outside. I’m so hurt.

Review: It was an experience passing by other people sleeping at night going to our room. It was the best laundry, best service, and communication with staff. RECOMMENDED!

Positive points: The location was very good, the room was large. It was nice to have a small kitchen and fridge.

Negative points: The bedsheets and bedspread smelled bad like old water or sweat. The bathroom smelled too, and it was one bathroom between many rooms. Most of all, I did not appreciate that someone was going in my room when I was not there. I came back the first day and found the air conditioner that i had accidentally left on, turned off. Weird. I left the air conditioner on purposely, to be certain, a several times. The remote was in the room, by the bed. I would always come back later in the day to find it turned off. This is after I locked the door with the padlock and key that was provided.. So someone was unlocking my door and going into my room when I was not home. Very unprofessional. To make matters more interesting, I was also missing a pair of very expensive Sony headphones the day I left. But I had no proof, and honestly cannot say for sure if they were taken or misplaced there. I am also missing money. But I also can't say if it was at this location, because it was hidden and I didn't count it until I left and discovered a great deal missing. But the entering my room when I wasn't around doesn't help the suspicion. nnI know there was an extra set of keys because one morning when I was in a rush, I locked myself out. I asked the lady who cleans if she could possibly let me in and she brought a key to open it up.nnSo yeah, maybe don't go into people's private space they are renting, even if it's to save money on the electricity bill..

Review: Mô hình này phù hợp với bạn trẻ thik ở khu vực trung tâm và giá phải chăng. Phòng ngủ OK, có phòng áp mái nhưng nhà vệ sinh và tắm khá nhỏ vì mình ở tầng cao.

Positive points: I asked for a late check out and they said yes but did not have me other information. So when I arrived at 2 am and nobody was there I had to found a hotel near by which was very expensive . Do not know how are the facilities as I didn’t stay there but looked like the dorms were wild open and it didn’t look clean at all.
