Review: I have been here for the second time. The reception staff and the night security guard are very friendly. They have a garden that I think they should invest more in to attract customers. The bedding in the room is quite thin. I was quite surprised when they charged me for the bottled water in the room while any hotel usually offers it for free. Specifically, there was no information in that booklet for me to know. But it is still a good hotel.

Positive points: Friendly staff and helpful travel tips & the room was air conditioned.

Negative points: Smell of urine in the toilet, water all over the seat. Very old and smelly cushion and blanket.

Review: It's called a hotel but it's really homestay type of place. They lock the doors so you can't get in and out at night, which is really inconvenient. The bed was also ROCK HARD.

Review: Booked to stay here as we were passing through Da Nang on our way to Hoi An, arrived around 10.30pm and they did not have our room free, so they they said we could stay in the apartment, we agreed thinking we would just pay the fee for the double room in the morning. In the morning they said we would have to pay for the apartment but give us 200000vnd off, which was far more than our booking was. We had to argue for a long time with the staff that we would not have stayed in the apartment if we had known this, as backpackers we did not budget for this. I don't know if it was misunderstanding or if they were trying to rip us off, but i would not recommend this place as it caused unnecessary stress to our holiday.
