Review: I think my expectations were too high with the hotel being a 5-star property. The furniture and walls were worn out, and I found small pieces of hair from previous customers everywhere inside the drawers and in the bathroom. I could see coffee stains on the comment cards and notepads as well. However, it was great to have a convenience store located inside the hotel, and the lobby smelled amazing, so I bought their reed diffuser as a souvenir!

Review: Hotel looks like it went through a revamp but can still see from the toilet that it's old. Plus point is the complementary mini bar that gets replenished everyday. nnOne negative note is the check-in counter staff. Not the friendliest you will get in Korea. I asked for a late check-out and was only extended by 30 minutes. However on the day of check-out, I was locked out of my room. Apparently the staff that supposedly extended my check-out didn't do so. I had to make my way to the ground level to unlock my room.

Review: Love the indoor pool. Staff are really kind, attentive and helpful. It’s a bit expensive but I would understand given the various amenities provided and staff are really nice. Their service is world-class. Would definitely recommend it.
