Grand Tourane Hotel

Review: Booked a King suite and requested a high floor. Upon arrival I was told I'm on the 11th floor. I was told this is the best floor. I asked if there's anything higher and was told yes, on 16. I asked if 16 was better than 11 and was told yes. So I took the 16th floor lol.

The room was spacious, comfortable, clean with a lovely view. They do however need separate soap dispensers in the shower as we had to move it back and forth from shower to sink.

Breakfast was very average. I'm vegetarian and most everything contained or consisted of meat. At one point they had 3 different mixed salads and they all contained chicken, beef or seafood. Baked potatoes had bacon and soups contained seafood.

While the hotel overall was nice, it's really showing its age and requires upgrades. The hallway carpets are worn out and stained, furniture was stained or damaged, and window handles were broke, preventing it from closing properly. Additionally, the gym seemed more like a fitness museum with outdated equipment. While the pool was nice, the surrounding area was not. Pool furniture was wooden and uncomfortable and the one padded bed had no pillows or shade midday.

Overall it's a nice hotel in a good location but I wouldn't recommend staying here given all the other options.

Review: it was a nice stay esp with kids cause it has a big pool and just a few steps away to beach. the buffet is not so convenient esp for koreans . they also have a billiard and table tennis for kids and adults to enjoy❤️

Review: The hotel's prime location was superb for our family. The staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating, making our stay even more enjoyable. The facilities were top-notch, offering everything we needed just a breakfast can be more better it was just ok. The cleanliness of the property was outstanding, ensuring a comfortable and safe environment for our little ones.

Review: We spent 4nights at the Grand Tourane and absolutely loved our experience. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The rooms were amazing with fantastic views of the beach.
I would highly recommend this hotel and look forward to staying there again
