Review: Veryy good
Positive points: I like that its so near to Grand Indonesia and Thamrin City. I can just walk to the place to shop things.
Negative points: I just didnt like that the room is a bit small and cramped, but aside from that, its so clean and lovely!!
Review: The location is really nice. Walking distance to Grand Indonesia and Plaza Indonesia. Breakfast is good. Room is just normal., dont get high expectation. Overall, i'm satisfied.

Review: Grand Piccasso sgt dekat dgn mall2, tempat makan juga. Dalam hotel sgt selesa, sarapan pagi juga enak.. staff2 sgt membantu..

Negative points: It’s very dirty you can tell from the lobby floor I asked them why it’s dirty they said we clean every 2 weeks only also the hallway verry dirty the rooms too we asked to reclean and full of cockroaches i actually couldn’t stay waste of money I just booked another one

Negative points: The wifi only works in the lobby, and when you go to the room, it disappears.rnrnThe soap/shampoo/shower gel dispenser was broken the whole time, so we couldn't shower or use any soap. We asked an employee to fix it, and after he fixed it, the soap dispenser broke again after using it 2 times. They don't provide any bar soap.rnrnThe location is in a poor area, and not on the main street.

Review: Lokasinya sangat strategis Saya stay untuk cfd di bundaran HI cukup jalan kaki dan banyak transportasi umum yang mudah dijangkau. Cuma karena saya stay di bangunan lama jadi kebersihannya kurang staff resepsionis saat saya datang sangat membantu room service-nya juga sangat membantu hanya resepsionis laki-laki yang bertugas saat saya check out kurang ramah. Tapi so far menyenangkan stay di Grand Picasso lain kali saya ke sana lagi

Positive points: The location is perfect if you want to access the shopping malls nearby. You can access them walking, very close by.
Negative points: The staff isn’t very helpful, there wasn’t any courtesy in the reception upon my arrival, nor even to show me the room.nthe facilities are a bit outdated, the shower doesn’t work properly.
