Four Points by Sheraton Jakarta, Thamrin

Review: Excellent location, located in the centre of Jakarta, walking distance to Sarinah Department Store, Plaza Indonesia, Grand Indonesia mall and Thamrin City. nnThe staf are ALL professional and friendly (Citra, Rina, Fathin just to name a few, all staf are helpfull).nnFoods are exceptionally good, breakfast was great, I love the egg benedict. For room service, we ordered sup buntut and it was superb. The hotel chef was excellent. nnThe only short fall is the size of the room is a bit smaller than we expected. If you are not particular on the room size, it will be an excellent place to stay.

Review: Even is my saty was for short time , it was an amazing 2 days of expriance right from the beginning. The stuffs are all professional and freindly (especially Dehae). Recommended for solo travellers looking for a decent space and great location.

Positive points: Breakfast is basic vs what i as Sheraton/Mariotts customer are used to, however the hotel meet its purpose.

Review: Spend a few nights here, staff friendly, food was great, location is good...the only thing I don't enjoy was the bed, it's too uncomfy and I can't have a good sleep in it.

Positive points: 1. The location was well, very conveniently located. rn2. The 'check-in staff' did not understand any English at all. That frustrated us. But his attitude was good. Poor guy tried, but failed. rn3. Other staff at the hotel went above and beyond to provide me with the information I requested about what to do or where to go. They came and called to make sure I needed the information I had asked about. rn4. The breakfast was rich and good. Better was the attitude and service of the staff (special mention of one Ms. Naila) and the shift Manager (don't know her name). Seeing me pick up Indonesian food, the Breakfast area Manager came forward and asked if she could help explain what food is what and how those were prepared. I really appreciate this. rn5. The checkout process was very quick and pleasant. No surprises, Great attitude of all the staff there. Thanks.
