Review: The facilities of the hotel room are pretty outdated. The plus point is the washing machine and the big space. The staff there are very polite.
Positive points: Big room and many amenities (swimming pool, gym and etc)
Negative points: Nothing much around the hotel unless you go to the opposite side of the station.

Positive points: The housekeeping was the best, they were doing really outstanding job. nCheck in was ok, a bit slow, we have requested extra blanket which we haven’t received during our stay, I bet they forgot about it.nIn general it was a good stay, I wouldn’t stay it was worth the money we paid, room was a bit small. nwe have ordered in room dining food was very good, but breakfast was overpriced.

Review: I travel with my dog and, as wonderfully as I was treated by staff, my dog was treated like a princess. I'm so grateful for the lovely experience we both were had at Mercure Ambassador! We will return.
Positive points: Spacious and clean. The hotel is right next to Yongsan station so it made it convenient to get around the city.
Review: Service was amazing, the hospitality of the team makes the experience unforgettable. Room is spacious with best panoramic view, also great amenities and full kitchen appliances. Special thanks to Jennifer, her great warmth and kindness leaves long lasting impression. We will definitely visit again!
Positive points: Modern room, elegant, everything was beautiful! Food was great! My mushroom soup was definitely from a high-end restaurant (room service) b/c it tasted sooo gooood!!!!!
Negative points: Taxi drivers had a hard time finding this hotel bc it looks fairly new.
Positive points: Everything was clean, and the room was spacious with literally everything you need!nThe staff was very kind, and the breakfest was super rich!
Negative points: The location was nice, it's more suitable for someone who looks for a more quiet area. However, to get to the main attractions of Seoul, you'll need public transportation (which is about 7 min walk from the hotel)

Negative points: I am utterly disgusted by the discriminatory policies enforced at the Grand Mercure Ambassador Hotel in Seoul. Despite being advertised as a luxurious 5-star hotel with amenities such as a pool, sauna, and fitness club, access to these facilities is denied to individuals with tattoos.nnAs a paying guest, I was appalled to discover that I was being discriminated against simply because of my body art. This blatant discrimination and harassment left me feeling humiliated and degraded. Never in my life have I experienced such injustice, especially in a country like South Korea that prides itself on democracy and progress.nnIt is outrageous that a hotel in a democratic country would enforce such archaic and discriminatory policies. This is not 19th-century Japan or North Korea there is no justification for such discriminatory treatment.nnI paid for access to these amenities as part of my booking fee, and to be denied them based on something as superficial as body art is not only unfair but also unacceptable. This experience has left a bitter taste in my mouth not only about the hotel but also about South Korea as a whole.nnI urge potential guests to reconsider staying at the Grand Mercure Ambassador Hotel until they rectify these discriminatory policies. No one should be made to feel unwelcome or inferior because of their appearance. Discrimination has no place in modern society, and it's high time that establishments like this hotel learn that lesson.
