Positive points: Room are clean, Host are lovely, they try to help you everything you need. They give you good recommendation, able to communication in English, the location is bit out from main road but it's easy to find. We recommend stay here, good price with high quality.

Positive points: We had a lovely stay, it's a little out of town but it means it's quiet and it's a nice stroll down the riverside. The family are very nice and helpful and make you feel welcome.

This is the best home stay I have stayed in Asia. I liked it so much I extended my stay. Everything was perfect, room was big and clean, with plenty of natural light, bed super comfortable, the family are truly beautiful people. I hired a scooter for a few days and also got free use of bicycle for a few. They offer laundry service and helpful information on everything Hoi An. I also got introduced to a new form of spirituality practice. Amazing!
Please stay here, its wonderful. Highly recommend. I will definitely return.

Positive points: Clean rooms and super friendly family. Good sized clean rooms, with 1 common living area and one common balcony on the third floor. Host family super nice and always there to help with anything.

Review: My friend and me stayed here for 4 nights and we felt like home from the first day. Tam, the host and her husband are so nice and welcoming. She makes the best banana pancakes and is always happy to help. The accomodation is really new and therefore very clean and modern. We absolutely loved it. The homestay is located very close to the ancient town in a quiet area. You can either walk to town or take the bicycles.
We were very sad that we had to leave after 4 nights there. We can nightly recommend this homestay.

Positive points: Hosts were very friendly and super helpful! We were able to use the bikes for free even on the day we checked out. Property also had a free water station. Kettle and fridge in the room too :)

Review: I have travelled for many years and this homestay has some of the best service I have ever experienced. Tam the owner/operator goes out of her way to ensure you have everything you need. The room is clean and the bed very comfortable. Air conditioning that actually works is a huge plus in Vietnam!

I highly recommend this homestay to anyone visiting Hoi An

Positive points: Hosts were very friendly and super helpful. We arrived on the night bus at 4:30am, and Tam came down to let us in and set up somewhere for us to sleep downstairs. They gave us a room we could shower in but we were fortunate that the person in the room the night before us checked out reasonably early and they got the room ready straight away and let us in. Helpful with booking tours (we loved the cooking class Tam suggested) as well, and the free bikes were nice - I’d suggest cycling through the rice fields if you’re going to An Bang beach.
They also provided a good breakfast for us and gave us options as we asked for it the day before so she had time. Their young son is very sweet and speaks fantastic English. Decent location, about a 15 minute walk into the Old Town.

Positive points: Very nice homestay in a quiet convenient location 15min walk from the old town, lovely owners with very good english, can help you organise and book tours, and you can borrow bicycles for free.

Positive points: This is by far the best Homestay I've done. The rooms are spacious and clean. The bed was very comfortable and the shower was good. The family cannot do enough for you, When I left I was made to feel that I was part of the family.
