Review: Nice hotel. Simple but strategic location. Short walk to Plaza Indo, Grand Indo and Thamrin City. I had a pleasant stay with warm hospitality. Thanks GiiA Maluku. Will sure be back😍

Negative points: I noticed a not so nice smell from the toilet. Hope you can rectify this.
Review: Stay here for 2 nights. Got rooms from 7th & 4th floor. 7th floor are better and furnishing are looking a bit new. 4th floor had a little worn-out looking toilet but acceptable. The view ada nice from the 4th floor. Staff are helpful. Those who need iron have to request and staff will send to your room. Walking distance to Thamrin City, Grand Indonesia & Plaza Indonesia. A great stay overall!
Positive points: The bed was comfortable. Good location. Spacious room. Very friendly and helpful staff!
Negative points: We had to change rooms 3 times. 1st, we were given a smokers room. We realized from the smell when we walked in. We were given another room right away. In this second one, the blankets and pillows had stains and hairs. Again, we were given a new room that seemed good, staff came to the room with fruit and drinks as an apology. We dropped off our bags and headed to the city. When we were back after dinner, we realized there were bugs in the room, one more time we were changed rooms.
Review: love the hotel because the room is huge and clean. location is superb. The only downside is that the housekeeping is rather slow. Both times I got to make calls to the receptionist that my room was not made up. The housekeeping staff can be more proactive.
Positive points: Definitely a very pleasant stay. Check-in very smooth. staffs very helpful & smiling. rnLocation really really near to Thamrin & just walking distance to Grand Indo & Plaza Indo.rnFood ok for breakfast. Not that bad. rnRoom very spacious & Clean, bed very very comfy. Toiletries completed. rnEasy to get Gojek/bluebird/Bajai. Beside hotel have Nasi Padang sederhana. and very near to Indomaret.

Review: We stayed at Giia Hotel Jakarta and booked two rooms. Unfortunately, the overall experience was not satisfying, although the location was very convenient.nt1.tWe arrived at 12 PM and requested early check-in, but were informed the rooms were not ready. Although the official check-in time was 2 PM, we only received our rooms around 3 PM after waiting for nearly an hour.nt2.tThe lobby and dining area were uncomfortably hot. It felt like there was no air-conditioning, or it was extremely weak, making it unpleasant to wait in those areas.nt3.tWe specifically requested and paid extra for a double king bed, but the hotel simply combined two single beds and presented it as a king. This was both disappointing and uncomfortable.nt4.tOnce we got to our rooms, we found that no towels were provided in either room. Additionally, the air-conditioner in the second room was not functioning at all.nt5.tWe requested a late check-out and were charged 200,000 IDR for each room, which felt unfair considering we were made to wait an hour past the official check-in time upon arrival.nt6.tThe only positive aspect of our stay was the location it’s within walking distance to many eateries, Tanah Abang, Thamrin City, Plaza Indonesia, and Grand Indonesia Mall.nnIn summary, while the location is excellent, the poor service, lack of basic amenities, and room issues made the stay disappointing. We hope the hotel improves in these areas for future guests.

Review: A huge room with big window. I usually search for a room with fridge, and this hotel tick my bucket list. Location wise is right in the centre where u can reach thamrin city, plaza indonesia & grand indonesia within walking distance. Will definitely book this hotel again.

Negative points: It’s an old building. They need to check all the things in the rooms are ready to be used before they let the guests stay in those rooms. No broken and leaking toilets, The televisions are working, all the lights in the rooms are working,
