FTE BA DINH

Review: Very nice size of rooms but far away from old quarters. Limited buffet options for food for indian veg but so is the case for most hotels in vietnam. nnMorning lot of people leave for day tours by 7.30 am . So the breakfast area gets cramped. Small restaurant. Staff courtesy is not as polished as rhe hotel is. Little overpriced considering staff courtesy being nor upto mark. Otherwise room size is good.

Positive points: I loved the spa especially the foot massage.

Review: The hotel is beautiful, but they need to work in the cleaning in all the areas. My room was not properly cleaned, but I appreciate their quick and positive response. The staff is very helpful and attentive. The hotel has everything to be a great hotel. But like I said they need to improve with the cleaning in the whole hotel.

Positive points: Our stay at the FTE Ba Dinh Hotel was fantastic! The staff are very friendly, helpful and accommodating. The facilities such as the gym, pool and spa were all clean and easy to access. Our room was comfortable and clean and the food at the hotel was also delicious.

Review: Overall a nice hotel. Room was pretty small and lacked hooks and suitcase space. Air conditioning didn’t seem to be working very well. Couldn’t use the swimming pool because of some function booked

Review: One of the worst experiencesn- Location- not great- far from main attractions. Better to book in Old quarters or French quarters. No view eithern- Check-in- we reached at 2:30 and we were told it will take further 1 hour. Half day gone.n- Rooms- we were told city view. One room was totally dark with all four walls. Other room had very bad view of nearby building which was hardly few feet away. (See photo). Definitely not city viewn- Room quality- there was dead cockroach in the roomn- No liquid in shower gel.n- Breakfast - bad- orange juice had no orange flavor. Overall average breakfast

Review: I had a truly pleasant stay at FTE BA Dinh. As a frequent business traveler, I found it to be an excellent choice, equally suitable for families. The staff were exceptionally helpful and knowledgeable, readily addressing all my requests. I particularly appreciate their accommodating my early and late check-in requests, which made my trip much smoother.

Positive points: Large room with a very comfortable bed. Extremely friendly & welcoming staff. Great breakfast.

Review: Nice, clean and chic hotel but quite a bit of distance from hanoi central town area. That was the only qualm. Everything else was perfect

Positive points: The hotel itself is very nice — friendly and helpful staff, lovely spa and massages on top floor, beautiful swimming pool (was too cold to use in December), and spacious rooms. We ordered room service one night and the food was prompt and tasty.
