The hotel staff were very friendly and accommodating. When I entered the room, they had prepared local fruits and a hand-written personal letter as a welcome which made me smile.

There is a good coffee shop downstairs which prepares good drinks with room delivery option.

I enjoyed my stay and would definitely choose Flexi again.

Positive points: excellent location located a walk away from the main walking street in da Nang and clean, really helpful staff. We got our own personal helper asal and she organised us private drivers for tours and local information for the area , highly recommended to stay here .

Review: When I booked this hotel I really didn't know what to expect as I hadn't really did much research what I was glad that I did with an excellent staff, fantastic clean rooms / apartments. And all that for the price was unbelievable! Would highly recommend 5 out of 5

Positive points: Apartment comfortable and clean. Fresh mangos left out for our arrival. There were also washing facilities which were much needed half way through our 2 week trip!

Positive points: The location was great, had anything we wanted within the reach. We were mostly working from there, and the room was spacious enough for two to work. Also there is cowork space if you need one, which was comfortable too. Rooms were cleaned every day, so you did not need to bother with that. We had lots of help and support from Ashley, who is the hotel representative, many many thanks to her!

Review: Flexi was perfect for our needs - it's location is just off the main tourist areas and close enough to the beaches for a short Grab ride and a really short walk to the Han river
Staff are excellent and super friendly and you are not constrained by the usual hotel like regime
There are plenty of places to eat and drink nearby
This is our second time staying here and we will definitely be coming back

Positive points: We liked being central away from the touristy vibe....easy to catch a grap taxi if you wanted to go to the beach as taxis are cheap. Even found a good hairdresser around the corner ! Staff were so lovely all of them including the delightful housekeepers....management are doing a very good job. Thank you

Review: Nice place with super friendly reception but too bad there’s a lot of miscommunication.
1. Nobody was in the reception when we checked in. Security needed to call her to come down.
2. We were told that coffee and water bottles can be requested once finished. We asked for coffee and water refill, no one came to give it to us until I came down to reception and asked for it.
3. No one informed us that the reception was only available until 5pm on a Saturday. The shower gel and water ran out, so call reception, security answered but did not speak English at all. Texted the reception on whatsapp then the security came.
4. We checked out around 12:00pm again no one at the reception so we leave the key to the security.

Review: The staffs are super helpful and nice, especially Na cute. She's always available when we need help from bit to tiny things.
The location is in the city, not right by the beach but you benefit the convenience of cafes, great local restaurants around. Kite cafe downstairs' perfect for morning coffee, they give you discount if you stay at the hotel.
We always come back here when we go to Danang, each time at least a week.
The big window brings so much light in the room which makes it so nice through the whole day, if you need to work from "home', it makes it not depressing at all to sit on the table right by the big window (which we always move down from the 2nd floor :D)
The only thing i'd add is a small shelf in the shower room for containing shampoo/shower gel
Overall, always a good experience!
