Negative points: The manager of this place doesn't speak English at all.nAs soon as I arrived she started to ask me a different amount even though I booked it on booking. The woman was saying that price was for yesterday. It took me at least half an hour of argument with her over translator to let her know that I'll pay the booking.com price.nSince my flight was at night I requested to keep an eye on my suitcase until I go out and have some food in the city, she agreed. Then I COULDN'T open the gate anymore to enter the lounge of the building as I didn't have the key. I kept on knocking and call the number which was provided on the door, I was told that they will open it but DIDN'T. Thank God their neighbour came after some time of waiting and helped me out, otherwise I'd miss my flight. nnSo in short 0 customer service and management. The lady doesn't sit downstairs all the time so don't leave your suitcase there if you don't have a key.

Negative points: It is missing shower glass cover preventing the water splash all over bathroom, and missing electrical outlets inside the bathroom for Hair Dryer…The rest is good

Negative points: The location and some dirty facilities

Negative points: 1. The location: It's hidden in the middle of the traditional vietnamese style maze of narrow streets and neighborhoods. You have to cross the neighbor's yards to reach your apartment. It's not a problem if you're a super friendly person but you'll not like it if you value privacy (that's more obvious since you choose an apartment to live in). Also the maze's roads condition is bad. They are over a constant renovation: crowded by the workers and constructions, full of dust and dirt, dangerous to either walk or ride.rn2. The staff: the guard is never here when you need him. He is still sleeping or in bed already or somewhere out. Once I wanted to change my towels, so I went don't three times during two hours and I still couldn't find him. The first time we met he had a strong smell of alcohol.rn3. Service (read - the staff). I asked the staff to clean my apartment once (it was the first and the last time I had that idea). They took my key but there was nobody at the reception when I came back, so I was waiting for the guard coming back for 15 min. Then when I finally entered my apartment I found out they did nothing! I messaged the landlady with compliants. We fixed the time. I also asked her to change the linens and fix the toilet seat. She confirmed it, but - again - they did nothing! The room was even dirtier after they entered it. They only changed the sheet but left the old blanket on the bed. And I managed to fix the toilet seat by myself! The day I checked out I asked the guard to keep my luggage for a couple of hours. He asked me for a tip, so I just took my luggage and moved out. I'll not come back and I don't recommend you check in there.rnThanks for reading.

Negative points: The shower head popped off during my shower.nThe staff can't speak any English. They were very rude. They elled at me. I'm a new English teacher to Vietnam and I really hope Vietnamese people aren't as rude as them.nnDO NOT STAY HERE!nFind another location.
