Review: The hotel is clean, and the room service is nice, but the staff at the reception and parking area seem unfriendly compared to other areas. They tend to judge guests. Staff in the lobby should be retrained.

Positive points: We had a great stay in Buon ma Thuot, we learned so much about coffee, cacao and the Ede culture. The hotel was great and it had a wonderful buffet. The staff helped me book bus tickets and I accidentally left my Bluetooth speaker there and they shipped it to me in Hoi an. Thank you so much!
Review: Great hotel
Positive points: Very nice hotel. The included breakfast in the morning was actually really good compared to others that offer a free breakfast usually being bland. This one has different options daily while still having certain options consistent. Rooms were nice fairly modern was able to smart cast to TV to enjoy films . Really good hotel.
Negative points: The location. In boun ma thout area if you are looking for nightlife or anything like that. There's really not much going on there in that sense. Lots of shops start closing around 9pm not really lively at night at all unless you just want to karaoke or something. Town is pretty much just alot of motorbikes traveling anywhere but seemingly there kinda interesting.

Positive points: This is a real 4* hotel at a 2* price. Everything about the hotel wes excellent, especially the efficiency of staff, the comfort of the room and the quality of the buffet breakfast.
Negative points: If I had to make a criticism, it would be that our windows had not been cleaned. A small thing that did not detract from our enjoyment of the city view.

Positive points: Great hotel within walking distance to.lots of food and close to town market. seriously a great deal on a decent hotel room with a decent buffet for breakfast. in room safe and mini fridge. It's I think the tallest building in the area made it easy to navigate on foot from wandering around town.
Negative points: Nothing
Review: The elevator is too slow. Really unsafe for emergency situation.

Negative points: Hallway carpets are old and nasty. The breakfast is unappetizing.
Review: The hotel is large, conveniently located in the center, but the amenities are not friendly. The hotel was built a long time ago and hasn't been well-maintained on the outside (old), resembling state-managed hotels. The Deluxe room is quite spacious but has few furnishings, no decoration at all, basic amenities that do not match the price, and the facilities are more like a 3-star hotel rather than a 4-star. This room is suitable for large families, and it can comfortably fit 2 extra beds. Breakfast is acceptable, few options but decent. nnIf I come back to BMT, I would choose the TM hotel which I stayed at first, which is nearby, has better service and cleaner, more beautiful rooms.
Positive points: location good. Breakfast was just ok. . Spacious bath room & Clean
Negative points: I forgot my sunglasses at suite room. However, I could not have it back although I called the Reception 10 minutes after leaving hotel.
Review: It’s alright…, with that’s price for the room .. there’s a lot of better options out there
Positive points: Good location, nice room, great spa & friendly staff. I had the best massage I’ve ever had at the spa. nnThe breakfast buffet was decent, but if you went towards the end the food wasn’t kept warm in the serving dishes. We went early our second day & it was a completely different experience.
