Positive points: Convenient location for me. nClosed by many local foods eateries. nClean room.nTea time 3-5pm, but there's no more refill after the fruits or juice run out. So its kind of first come first served tea time.

Review: The hotel is located in the center of BMT city, it’s very convenient for the trip. The staffs are friendly and supportive. We have stayed here for several times when travelling to BMT. Good recommendation to stay.

Review: The first time visiting Buon Ma Thuot, I didn't know where to go, so I booked randomly, but I wasn't disappointed. The hotel's location is good, the staff is attentive, they serve afternoon tea and desserts in the evening, and the decoration is cozy. I felt very comfortable staying here.

Review: The overall design is beautiful, with very pleasant wooden color tones, good service, and enthusiastic staff. The restaurant serves delicious food even though lunch dishes are simple, and the breakfast buffet is decent with many Asian and European dishes that are tasty. The rooms are clean, comfortable, well-equipped, and new. The rooms have balconies with floor-to-ceiling windows, making them airy and bright, but being on the second floor, the view is not beautiful. The bath towels and washcloths come with a tied cinnamon stick that has a pleasant scent, and there is free bottled water in clean glass bottles. The shelving unit is tidy and convenient. The pool, foosball area, billiards, gym, and rooftop bar are beautiful, with a nice chill view in the evening. Exiting the hotel on the left side, there are many restaurants and busy eateries for convenient dining. On the right, a short walk leads to a night market with many affordable dishes.nnPoints for improvement:n+ The shower is a fixed overhead type, not a handheld shower, so it cannot be used more flexibly.n+ The bathtub is a raised design but has not been properly planned, and there is no shower curtain, so when using the shower, water splashes out to the side of the tub and flows onto the bathroom floor, making it slippery when stepping out if not careful.n+ There are a bit few hanging places in the bathroom despite its spaciousness there are only three small hooks for towels right above the bathtub, so they can easily get splashed with water when showering, and there are no places to hang old/new clothes while bathing.

Review: Phòng mới, sạch sẽ, ngay khu trung tâm. Có hồ bơi nhưng đợt mình đi thì nước có vẻ không được lọc nên khá dơ không tắm được. Ngoài chuyện đó ra thì mọi thứ khác ok.
