Review: The room is clean and relatively okay, the staff is cheerful and enthusiastic. The bathroom has a strong, unpleasant sewer smell.
Positive points: It's a basic but comfortable hotel in a good location (near center) and also within walking distance of some restaurants. Some areas of the hotel seem newer, and other parts older. Staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast was an ok buffet. Big room and decent balcony.
Negative points: Some facilities (bathroom faucet, etc.) were a bit old and loose.
Review: Many cafes and restaurants near the hotel. It's opposite the city square.
Positive points: Location is very convenient. Facilities are a little old but work well, and the room is wide enough. Reception staff are freindly and supportive.
Negative points: Reception staff are not so good at English. Other staff look a little unsophisticated.
Review: Friendly and lovely staff. Breakfast has quite a few items, possibly because it's a low season with few guests. But it's clean. Edible. Generally, it's very okay. Not like some hotels where you book a room and get a different style.
Positive points: The location is excellent. Plenty of stores and food opportunities close by. The square across the street always has something going on in the evening. The included breakfasts were nice, but the food selection was mediocre.nThe bathroom vent fan in my room worked very well.
Negative points: I was told that this hotel is owned by the largest business in the region and it seems to be that it is supposed to be one of the better local options. However, with that in mind there is no hot water. I don't mind for washing hands, but a very cold shower is not my thing. If you are a top notch hotel, then install hot water heaters for the showers like every other hotel in south east Asia.nnAlso the room floors are dirty. You are supposed to take your shoes off to keep from tracking crud throughout the room, but that does not mean the floors never need to be cleaned. I spilled some water in a spot that is not a heavy footpath area and cleaned it up with a white hand towel. Afterwards the hand towel was filthy. It appears that they sweep the floors, but a weekly wet mopping seems to be in order.nnOne other item specific to my room is that the door latch plate to the balcony door was distorted enough that the latch did not latch the door closed. Although it appeared to be closed, all you had to do was push on the door and it would easily open.nnThe location of the bathroom floor drain, the toilet and the shower was no laid out very well. The shower was in one corner and the toilet was in a corner next to it. Yet the floor drain was located on the opposite side of the toilet from the shower. So for the water from the shower to drain it had to go from one side of the toilet to the other. Which meant that there was standing water in front of the toilet after using the shower. If you want dry feet when using the toilet some time after the shower was used, then you either have to wait for all of the water to dry or use all of your towels to soak up the water. 😑
Review: The hotel is located in the central area, convenient for transportation, has a large parking lot, and is beside a big city park, with many food stalls around. nThe wifi in my room was unstable, sometimes it worked, sometimes it didn't the hotel should add more wifi. The staff was not very friendly or enthusiastic, kind of like the people in the neighborhood, making it hard to ask or request help. 😅

Review: Its location is at the center of city, right next to the main square. Room was tidy, staff was nice. They helped me to temporarily stay in another room when they did not see my booking from Agoda. Something upset me was when we ordered breakfast, though staff forgot our orders but we did not get any apology. And I think staff should be more well trained in dealing with customer. In general, I and my family had a really nice holiday while staying here. I highly recommend this to anyone who wants a place with good location, nice room and reasonable price
Positive points: Nothing
Negative points: Terrible bed, terrible design shower flashing water all over bathroom when taking shower. Very poor breakfast quality and cold coffee. Staff are very rudely and unpleasant when asking questions. I don’t recommend this hotel even to my worst enemies.
Review: This is a great hotel with convenient access to big coffee -chain shops like Phục Luông. There is also an ice cream and specialty drink place by the entrance, which adds to the busy and bustling atmosphere. Hotel is clean and meets many standards (note: there is random loud speaker announcement that goes off early in the morning around 4-5am calling out for people to exercise so not sure if there is any room that would avoid that if you are a lite sleeper). Breakfast is basic - either eggs with baguette or noodle soup. :)
Positive points: Room size
Negative points: Dirty walls. Room is bleak and run-down (photos look better than real life). Shower not enclosed. They charge you for the water in plastic bottles (but there's no sign saying so), the complimentary water are actually in their own refillable glass bottles.
Review: When I went on a business trip to Đăklăk, I had booked in advance and informed the hotel that I would arrive at 3 AM, asking if I could check in early and that it was fine to charge me an extra fee. When I got there, the hotel allowed me to check in early without any additional charges. Later, when I changed rooms, they even upgraded my room. It was just so sweet of them! Although the hotel is a bit old, the maintenance inside is quite good, and the amenities are very complete and clean. The weather was quite cold when I arrived, so it was probably a bit humid. So many stars for the charm of this place! Next time, I will visit again if I have work here.
