Review: My family stayed here for one day, the hotel is tidy and clean, satisfactory for the price, located in a quite convenient position, you can easily walk to find good restaurants in the area as well as walk to the central market.

Review: One of the quite old luxury hotels in Buon Ma Thuot. The interior is good but a bit outdated, the restroom has an automatic bidet, which was a bit surprising due to this equipment. In the room I stayed in, the restroom design was faulty so the shower water didn't drain away but overflowed onto the bathroom floor, which was very uncomfortable. nThe swimming pool is small, not equipped with lounge chairs, and there are no security staff. The water is very murky, so I didn't dare let my child swim. It seems that the pool is somewhat neglected and not well maintained. nThe breakfast is relatively diverse, and the coffee is extremely good. It's rare to find a hotel with such delicious buffet breakfast coffee. nI hope the hotel can rectify some issues regarding the restroom water and the swimming pool, then I think this is a hotel worth staying at.

Review: This is my terrible experience. As for the staff, the service was fine. However, the hotel is old, gloomy, and dark, giving off a bad feeling. Throughout the evening and night, there was a rumbling sound echoing as if there were speakers somewhere I called the staff up, and they confirmed they could hear the noise but couldn't resolve anything. During the day, it was silent. In summary, it felt like the hotel was haunted….
