Review: I and a friend booked a night on Agoda. The room staff didn't know if the right number of books had been placed in the guest's room or not. However, when checking the room, they called the guest to ask if they had mistakenly taken a book outside. My luggage was left at the hotel and not taken with me. The receptionist contacted me and I reported that I did not borrow or use any books from the shelf. When the guest has already said no, upon returning to check out, the receptionist and room staff kept asking if I took a book or not. This question is very disrespectful to the customer. My roommate opened the luggage for the receptionist to check. The room staff and receptionist should review their working methods and how to handle this basic situation!

Review: What stands out to me is that this is a beautiful, quiet, clean, and airy resort space, a place where one can regain tranquility, a place that helps connect family relationships while staying away from the hustle and bustle of the city. Thank you to all the members of Trung Nguyên resort.

Review: The hotel is centrally located, convenient for getting around the city. However, the surrounding scenery is not beautiful from the room, you can see a lot of litter out the window. The bedroom and bathroom are built in an old style, and the bedding makes both of us itchy. Breakfast is acceptable. The room rate is not expensive, but you can find cleaner, newly built hotels for the same price.
