Positive points: Dream House is located just behind the main road in Hongdae, about a 10-minute walk from the nearest subway station, Hongik University Station, Exit 1.nnThe building has 4 floors with an elevator.nI stayed in the twin room for two nights. The check-in process was quick and easy. The bathroom had a large bathtub. The bed was comfortable, and the air conditioner worked well. Two bottles of water were provided in the fridge. Each bed had one pillow.nnThe neighborhood is quiet. I felt safe walking back to the guesthouse at night. This might be one of the best guesthouses in Hongdae with such an affordable price.

Positive points: We stay for 12 nights here from 18-30 Nov 2024. We arrived at midnight and the staff is waiting for us. The guesthouse has an elevator, and they cleaned our room daily, replacing the shower and face towels with fresh ones each day. They also provided complimentary mineral water (two bottles), tea, coffee, and a water heater. The room and bathroom are spacious complete with bathub, hot and cold water, and a TV. The bed is very soft and comfortable, making us feel right at home—it’s so cozy. The owners and staff are incredibly polite and friendly. The guesthouse’s services and facilities are similar of a star hotel. The location is also convenient, just a 7–10 minute walk from Hapjeong Station, Exit 2. We will definitely stay here again when we return to Korea 😊

Positive points: Perfect location in the heart of Mapo Gu, excellent solution to visit Hongdae and Hapjeong, and the rest of Seoul as well. It's a 5 minute walk from the 6002 airport shuttle bus stop and Hong University metro. The staff is really kind. The room was really spacious and clean.

Positive points: The location was excellent, the facilities were clean, the room was incredibly spacious. There are a ton of bus stops at the main street about a block and a half away. Tons of food in the area as well as other useful stores. Very close to nightlife but far enough away to not have to deal with the noise and crowds.

Review: It's a bit far from the subway station but overall is great 👍 nnExit Hapjeong No.2 > Go straight > turn left if you see BOBO hotel and walk straight til' the end of the road you will see the hotel at your right.

Positive points: This hotel exceeded our expectations. It was such a peaceful mom & pop hotel that it made us feel like we stayed with family. The staff and owners were so kind, the rooms were spacious, great location - close to Hondae Walking street, the shower had perfect temperature and pressure, and the beds were cozy and comfortable. We loved our stay here! It felt like we were part of a kdrama (without the drama :D).
