Review: Stay overnight with the right facilities and the right price too, comfortable and clean towels, only the hotel sign is not very visible for first timers like us. There is a free shuttle to Soekarno Hatta airport

Review: stayed here for early morning flight. location was nearby airport area. they provided free airport transfer so thats why i chose this hotel but i was told it was already full and i ended up going to airport with grab.

Negative points: Shuttle bus condition needs improvement 🙂 I do not complain, since its included in a very cheap hotel's price. Yet, i am pity to the drivers/stafs. They are already helpful & nice, if the shuttle bus' door that can not be closed, or the bus suddenly stopped and needed customers to push it 😅, this situation may lead to customer unsatisfaction. And I think it's totally not the drivers to be blamed.

Negative points: Please inform clearly about airport shuttle time schedule on booking.com . Drop off from the hotel to the airport only available from the morning until noon. Unlucky, we need the airport shuttle at night.

She appeared overworked and her shift appeared to be very long.rnA young man, Hadid, handled the situation much better the next day.rnThe bed sheets in the room had not been changed and there was lipstick on the sheets and it was visible that tehy had already been slept in.
