Positive points: The location is strategic and not noisy, the staff is very friendly and always helps whenever I ask for help, the distance between the hotel and the event location is also not far, the breakfast is also quite delicious, especially the fried noodles and fried vermicelli

Negative points: Breakfast should be more varied, and some of the food I ate was a bit too salty, the hotel parking lot was also too narrow and there was no one to help me park the vehicle when I wanted to park in the basement, for mineral water in the room it would also be better to provide bottled drinking water, instead of having to refill it via a dispenser outside the room

Positive points: The hotel location is not far from the airport, the staffs were helpful and nice

Negative points: The bathroom was not clean (without a proper drainage as well), the AC was not cool enough, and the hallway was like in the sauna.

Positive points: the location is okay, not too far from local stores.

Negative points: I couldn’t use the wifi (network issue), one of the elevators did not work so we needed to use emergency stairs, the maintenance of the room was poor, lots of stain and water leak spots, not so comfortable for the whole family to stay, only they have quite a nice and large pool and kids area that my children could experience.
