7.0 Excellent room but view was blocked by other buildings - Jonas 31-01-2025

Positive points: The room was in excellent shape, exactly as advertised. Amazing view from the roof top pool. Unfortunately the weather was too cold so couldn't try it out.

Negative points: Even though we picked a room with 'mountain view', the view was actually completely blocked by other skyscrapers. Breakfast had very few choices, perhaps because we came at low-season and there were barely any visitors at the hotel.

Review: Very old hotel and very dirty. The room was full of dust, I tried to connect laptop to TV and it was like a huge layer of dust on all sockets and I decided not to touch it. One bedpost was broken (a lot of dust under bed as well) and bed is standing on a brick. Can you imagine :) I saw staff only on checking-checkout time mostly, there is usually nobody on the reception but one person catch me before checkout and was super friendly for a few minutes before asking me to give a 5star review. Sorry, but this place doesn’t deserve it.

Review: The hotel is really close to the beach and rooms are very spacious. Our room is 2 bedroom (for 2pax and 4pax) with kitchen and living room.

We also enjoyed free buffet breakfast. Lots choices and fruits are always fresh. Their coffee is really good too (mixed in condensed milk and fresh milk)

Thank you Cordial Hotel. Would really love to book again in the future. Really enjoyed our very sulit stay.

Negative points: Very old room. Sheets are dirty and I feel itchy. Every corner of the room is moldy and smell horrible. The location is far away from city center. Do yourself a favor and stay away from the place.

Positive points: Nice clean room. Good value for money. But the king room with mountain view is essentially a view of other tall buildings. On a clear day you can see some mountains in the distance.

Negative points: very bad internet. kept disconnecting every 3-5 minutes. They said they will fix it in a day but 5 days later the problem remained the same. Other small issues: It takes about 5 minutes before the shower goes from cold to hot.
