Review: Spacious room with balcony. High quality shower gel, shampoo, even the toothbrush. Good quality tours and pickup services were arranged by the front desk at a fair price. Staff was very helpful. 2-min walk from a ckean beach. Highly recommended and would rdefinirely stay here again on future vacation.
Positive points: The receptionist was very pleasant and helpful, and always greeted guests with friendliness and smiles. We liked that the room was big, clean and comfortable. The hotel provides complimentary airport transfers, a bonus which we didn't see being offered by other hotels we considered staying in. Will definitely return.
Review: Vị trí khá tốt, qua bên kia đường là tới biển. Phòng không có đèn ngủ, chỉ có 1 công tắc đèn. Lễ tân ở đây không có bán thêm đồ ăn hay gì, thích thì nên chuẩn bị snack, mì gói chứ tui nửa đêm đói không có chỗ mua vì tạp hóa cũng đóng cửa

Review: When we arrived they told us our room was not available and moved us to another hotel. Don't know if they were playing games or really had system problems or what. In the end it worked out okay but not a great way to start the holiday

Review: A comfortable, clean, spacious and well-serviced room. Good location across from the seafront and plenty of restaurants and cafes nearby. Walking distance to town centre. Reception staff were not very good though, took no interest or provided any smiles or gratitude at all!
Positive points: Great location and very kind staff.
Negative points: Extremely loud - there were people having a fight and yelling on our floor from 6:30 AM on. No one interrupted it and it was extremely loud and alarming. Also did not like that we were charged an additional 100k for the taxi compared to the price we were told.

Positive points:
Room is spacious enough, looks like the pictures (but has multiple signs of usage - marks on the walls, floor tile was broken and patched up using scotch tape??)
We also booked an airport shuttle + return through the hotel, which was smooth and cheap priced.
Negative points:
Construction starts at 7am, they are renovating a wall of the hotel but gave no prior notice. Also, I was expected to pay upfront, before even going inside the room.
Receptionist was very nice but didn't speak much English, but we got along thanks to translator app.
Review: Room was big and clean. They can arrange for airport transfer which is better value than taking taxi. Overall very satisfied.

Very noisy as there were renovation working all day.
We used their laundry service. They ruined 3 of
our clothes. Afterwards they went in our room without
our awareness, took some of our lotions, put them
on a shirt and videotaped everything.
afterwards they tried to convince us that our lotion would
colour white cotton pink and wanted us to pay
for a linen.
Its a pity they try to get tourists money via such ways
because the rest of the Hotel was quite okay.
Unfortunately we can not recommend this hotel.
