Review: The hotel's location is convenient for going to the market or visiting tourist attractions. However, it is not very convenient for going to the beach. The room for three people has a balcony, is airy and cool, has full hot and cold water, air conditioning, and fast wifi. Everything is okay. The room is cleaned daily.
Positive points: The hotel itself is in good condition. The rooms are a good size, the bathrooms are nice and the place is kept clean.
Negative points:
There was barely ever anyone at the front desk. We had to message the hotel through booking.com to organize anything and then wait for the receptionist to appear whom had very little interest in serving us and made us feel like a bit of a burden. Con Dao being a smaller place doesnt have many tourism offices so most tours etc are normally booked through hotels. We were unable to do this so we actually had to venture out to neighboring hotels to book scooters and tours (we found that the Mystery hotel was great).
I wouldn't recommend this hotel to foreign tourists unless you're looking for a very hands off place to stay.

room is not 25m2 but decent enough for 1 couple/ room.
they make the bed and change towels everyday.
the landlady is very nice, attentive.
coconut ice cream is super!!!
the hotel’s owner also has good restaurant named Kim Ngan near the hotel, at reasonable price and tasty foods.
we will return to this place next time we can.

Review: I would highly recommend this hotel for your stay on Con Dao. The staff was friendly and helpful. The hotel is centrally located and an easy walk from restaurants, coffee houses, the beach, and many tourist attractions.
Positive points:
The hotel is in a really convenient location. The rooms are basic but clean and the shower is hot and fairly powerful. Even though it was independence holiday weekend the hotel was not too busy and was peaceful throughout the day and night.
I hired a motorbike through the hotel, it was available instantly and was really good quality and well maintained and came.witj two usable helmets!
Negative points:
There were a few things that made my stay here less enjoyable.
1) communication prior to arrival was poor. I made the booking on here, and had one message from them asking if I wanted airport pick up. They did not respond to my reply. Friends of mins prior to arrival had had a message about paying a deposit in order to confirm the room. I did not receive this message as they entered my phone number wrong. Subsequently, when I arrived to check in they told me that they had cancelled my room..This could have potentially ruined my trip and had I been alone I probably would have just given up and gone to another hotel, even though the error was theirs.
2)The rooms have a nice balcony with a pleasant outlook. Unfortunately, although well lit you do not have control of this in your rooms so you have to have this offensively bright white light on until 9:45 when the hotel Switches it off for.you. I am an adult, let me have control of my own balcony light, please.
3)As there is no breakfast at this hotel some free coffee and tea to go in the rooms would be a nice touch.

Review: Hơi xa trung tâm chút nhưng cũng không xa quá. Giá hợp lý cho việc đi lễ. Cô chủ dễ tính.
Positive points: Khách sạn nằm ở ngã tư, vị trí thuận tiện, gần chợ, dễ đi lại đến các địa điểm khác.
Negative points: Ồn ào, thiếu linh động trong sắp xếp. Đoàn có người già 80 tuổi, muốn xin KS xắp xếp giúp 1 phòng nghỉ trưa 1 tiếng có trả phí mà KS nhất định yêu cầu khách checkout.
