Negative points:
The aircon is not functional well during the day but okay at night. I guess its capacity is not up to this crazy hot day.
Staff are not the friendliest you could find in Con Dao :-)

Review: The room rate is quite cheap, I booked a room for 4 people for 3 nights for only 1.6 million VND. The room has a balcony facing the mountain, close to the market and the beach, about less than 1km walk to the market and beach, there are many restaurants around. The rooftop has laundry soap and clothesline if you want to do laundry. The hotel owner is friendly, and they rent out a vision motorbike for 150k/24h.

Review: The hotel owner is very friendly, kind, and lovely. The hotel is clean, spacious, comfortable, with the only downside being a bit too many mosquitoes. The owner provides full amenities as well as shuttle services. Overall, it's worth the money.
