Review: An easy 10 minute walk to the river with plenty of Quán Cà Phê & Restaurants closeby. The staff are very friendly. Highly recommended.

Have pool and sauna if you wanted to use
Room was nice

Negative points: Breakfast not included and they did not offer good food
Not a lot of places to eat locally have to travel taxi to get good food/ tourist places - beach, markets, lady buddah, etc
Staff kept us waiting to check room on check out

Positive points: Awesome staff and great location.
The manager at the hotel was very friendly, helpful, and accommodating.
The hotel was very quiet, yet it was still walking distance to everything I wanted to see in Da Nang. I really enjoyed my stay here and would stay here again.

Negative points: I liked everything. Nothing to dislike.

Negative points: The spa was not as nice as pictured, we had to ask for the sauna to be turned on which was a bit strange but not awful as it was a quick turnaround

Review: good price good location, but no hot water....we arrive around midnight, there's no hot water for shower and had to use cold water in winter time.....

Positive points: Close location to the airport. Only 10 minutes drive away.

Negative points: Our room was very dusty. The sheets had stains and looked like they hadn’t been cleaned in a while. The room smelt damp and like cigarettes. It wasn’t the best night stay but it was only one night.

Review: From a fantastic location (one street from the Riverfront) to cozy rooms, clean bathrooms, friendly reception staff (I had asked for a charger converter And they brought an entire extension box to give it to me. Spa was also very good. Go for it blindly.
