Review: We booked this hotel on a meal we had at their restaurant last year thinking the hotel would be as good. How wrong we were. When we arrived we were charged for a suite which turned out to be one room with a dismally disappointing bathroom. One towel each, no hand towels and bath wash that didn’t work . Nothing we saw on the website was reflected in the surroundings .
We were offered a meal on the house and on reflection we now believe this was because we were over charged or for the room we had.
Not looking to return.

Positive points: Everything was really nice there. My air con didn't work and they offered me a new room with no problems. Quiet place and there is actually kitchen if you want to make some food.

Review: The hotel is clean and have a restrudant at below. The beach is at a working distance. The room are clean and bathroom is little small. The staff is friendly and speak English.

Positive points: Cavilla is a welcoming family run small hotel. It is just behind the behemoth hotels on My khe Beach. Only a five minute walk to the huge beach. The hotel is under the owners care, with minor renovations occurring. The staff, cooks, and guests are also welcoming. The food is delicious and prepared in house by cooks who occasionally break into song! Cavilla is a great small botel warm a great location for a Danang beach vacation.

Review: The villa is located on My Khe 4 street, near the beach, near affordable dining areas (Do Ba, Chau Thi Vinh Te...), quiet, cute rooms filled with natural light and clean, the owner and children are friendly (except for the cleaning lady who is a bit annoying), there is a small coffee counter in the cool lobby. The elevator is occasionally broken, but the staircase is spacious and the floors are not too high, so it's not a big problem. The bathroom floor is quickly dirty due to the lack of bath mats. Overall, it's a great place, I will come back and recommend it to friends.

Review: Large space, near My Khe Beach. Hotel staff should add all amenities in room before customer arriving (towel, kettle).

Positive points: Superb location, it is on a quiet street but still only a few hundred metres from My Khe beach, restaurants, cafes, convenience stores and more! The staff members are really friendly too! For the price, the room is just nice for me travelling alone. 100% recommended!

Review: We generally had a good time. Rooms are nicely decorated and comfortable. Staff at the reception was helpful whenever needed, although they lacked attention as they seemed preoccupied with their phones... We couldn't help but notice that housekeeping could improve as it seemed nonchalant and rather random in what they cleaned every day. After our first night, we did not ask specifically for room cleaning, but we know that staff entered our room when we were away to give us free water bottles (and we appreciate it). There was plenty of sand on the floor, and it wasn't swept proactively. Learning from this, after another night we asked for room cleaning. When we came back, only some aspects were cleaned, but it seemed random. Eg. Beds were made, floor swept and sand cleared. But glasses were left dirty, no new water bottles. Also only big towels were replenished (smaller ones were not). Used towels were left for us, including the dirty and sandy towel on the floor.Standards could improve
