Review: The price of the room is okay, sharing it with 2 people will be more economical, the room is relatively clean and convenient, the towels seem a bit old, hope the hotel takes note. The important thing is that it is right in the center, so it's convenient to go anywhere. The staff is friendly. The elevator is a home-style elevator without a counterweight, so it moves slowly and chill, so there's no rush. For me, if I come back, I will book this hotel again.

Review: Hotel right by Lotte Hanoi and Vincom Lieu Giai. Rooms are decent for a short stay, close to West Lake and Thu Le. Japanese restaurant area.

Review: Need to improve on cleanliness,when come to room cleaning got to change the bedsheet and not just tidy up the bed, the cleaner also throw away my facial stuff that was unacceptable. The building was abit old, Was quite disappointed for the stay, only thing that is good was near shopping mall.
