Bizu Hotel

Review: The staff was amazingly kind and helpful, which made our time at Bizu even better. Room was small, but well appointed. For the money, it was a steal!

Review: good but check make sure before you reach place because they have 2 place address
my case we booked 7 room when we reached then no reception there i was call 2 time to hotel then knew they have to change us to another address with inform before ...we need to walk more about 3-5 minutes to reach new place ...its not far but must manage to inform customer before !!!

Review: 1. Daily cleaning was forgotten twice within 6 days stay.
2. Cleanliness of cafe is disappointing as insects flied over everywhere.
3. Hair Dryer in room is not suitable for personal travel use but not for business and daily use.
4. I have booked Bizu Boutique hotel but ended up staying in BIZU II hotel nearby.

Review: No i cannot recommend the hotel because the hotel confirmed to Agoda customer service that the booking which i myself made for Ms Zenaida Exclamado under booking reference no. 366718924 was charged to my credit card for no-show. The hotel knows it well that we came and stayed there from May 21 to May 24.In fact they got our passport and got our personal circumstances.

Review: Good hotel and good staff. But location is quite complicated to find, due to there are some similar names of the Bizu hotels, and taxi always brings me to a wrong place. Other conditions are fine.

Review: When I went back to the hotel around 9:00 PM, I found that there's no bath towels/towels in my room .
Maybe the housekeepers forgot to put them in my room....
The front desk tried to get one for me, because the housekeepers didn't work at night.
It's a good hotel, but I felt a little bad for this mistake

Review: It's near the Korea Tower, so there's a lot to eat.
And the facilities and location are good.
I'll use it again next time.

many korean restaurant and korean supermarket is located so very convinient if you need to see.
also it's close to secc when you have exhibition u should use this place
