Our stay at RichLane Residences was absolutely fantastic! From the moment we checked in, Kynne and Misa went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed, making our experience truly memorable. The entire staff was incredibly accommodating, and we were even offered a late check-out until 6 PM, which was a wonderful touch.
The cleaning staff was so friendly and thorough, ensuring our room was spotless throughout our stay. The hotel itself is beautifully maintained, with a modern and clean ambiance that made us feel right at home. The location is perfect for exploring the city—it's incredibly easy to get around from this district to all the major hot spots and must-see attractions. Whether you're heading to the shopping district, cultural landmarks, or the vibrant nightlife areas, everything is just a short distance away by foot or public transport.
One of the highlights was the lounge area, which was a great place to unwind before our departure. The play area was a fun bonus, and the swimming pool provided a relaxing escape. Every detail of our stay was taken care of, and we felt incredibly well taken care of.
I highly recommend RichLane Residences to anyone visiting the area—it's the perfect combination of comfort, convenience, and excellent service!

Review: Staff is very friendly and helpful here. The first room I checked in was a bit smelly due to someone smoked in there. However, they switched another unit for me right away. Everything was clean and neat. Will stay again.

Negative points: Dưới khách sạn có siêu thị mini mọi người lưu ý check tiền trả lại và sản phẩm mình mua đã đủ số lượng chưa. 2 ngày mua hàng liên tiếp mấy người bạn người nước ngoài của minhd đều bị tính sai tiền, thậm trí trả thiếu tiền. Lần 1 đã rất bực rồi, hôm sau mua cũng bị y vậy mình có quay lại camera và gửi cho chủ siêu thị không biết vấn đề đã cải thiện chưa nữa.
