Review: firstly, At the beginning I have experienced cold face reception and flat tone communication like.nsecondly, the room itself is unlikely meet the standard of well chained hotel facilities,. more likely a self manage household property rent.ntowel are teared, tv not working properly,. sleeping pillows are limited to one piece per bed.nwith price over 900 thousand rupiah per night is considerably overpriced,. should be half of the sell price.nnbreakfast is the the only thing that meet the standard of the so called 3 star hotel.. nni wouldnt recommend to pay the price for the hotel,. you would find cheaper accomodation with lower price around the location but with better facilities and probably nicer reception staff

Positive points: the place is decent. very near two large malls. accessible via grab to Indonesia Stadium. A safe place also

Proses check-in cepat dan staf di resepsionis ramah serta profesional.nnKamar bersih, cukup luas, dan fasilitas di dalamnya lengkap—ada meja kerja, TV kabel, pemanas air, dan koneksi Wi-Fi yang stabil. Kamar mandi juga bersih dan air panas berfungsi dengan baik. Hanya saja, channel TV tidak stabil, kadang ada kadang tidak.nnSarapan cukup bervariasi, walaupun rasanya standar. Tapi untuk harga yang ditawarkan, saya rasa sudah sepadan. Suasana hotel juga tenang, cocok untuk istirahat.nnAC di kamar saya kurang cepat dingin, tapi masih bisa ditoleransi.nnSecara keseluruhan, saya akan merekomendasikan hotel ini untuk Anda yang mencari penginapan nyaman dengan harga terjangkau dan pelayanan yang baik.

Positive points: Smooth check-in, they did not asked for deposit as stated before. Room upgraded for free, great location easy to go to 2 big malls, MRT, and concert venue.

Review: The room and bathroom are spacious, the bed is comfortable, and the aircon is just right. The location is connected to the shopping mall, and there's another 2 malls just next to the building and across the street. It is also close to GBK area as we came to attend a concert

Review: Very friendly service desk. Encountered some issue with the TV Channels and immediately they sent a technician to fix it without much hassle. Access to some shops in the mall makes it convenient, anything else is just across the street in the other malls.
