Review: Puas banget nginep disini pelayanan OK
Positive points: Stayed here multiple times on multiple occasions. Great location as it's connected to malls. Staffs are friendly and happy with their jobs. Great breakfast selection and nice clean rooms.
Negative points: Swimming pool is a bit dated and small. Would love to get an indoor swimming pool.
Review: The location very strategic, the room so nice and big and the view so iconic
Positive points: The Hotel Indonesia (now Kempinski) is as wonderful as I remembered it visting with my parents decades ago. While the structure and facilities have been beautifully updated, the staff members (especially at the front desk and concierge) are as kind and helpful as I remembered them to be from years past (in particular, the lady who checked me in--unfortunately I didn't get her name). rnOther top end hotels may try to replicate the luxury experience but the history and tradition of is one of a kind.
Review: Connected to big mall. Breakfast was decent. Staff friendly and helpful. Checkin and out was fast.
Positive points: The excllent location and the kindeness of the staffs
Negative points: Just remind the hotel to renew some of the shower towels because some of them are starting to wear out.

Review: Stayed beside Grand Indonesia with Thamrin, Tn Abg area so close and you can see the hustle bustle of Bundaran HI, its convenient. nRoom not bad, water pressure very goodnBreakfast selection goodnWe have been coming to Jakarta 1-2times yearly since 2006 - and this is the 1st time we stayed at this hotel.nWe'll surely repeat!
Positive points: Service, room and location are just amazing
Negative points: I am a regular customer. Usually I choose this hotel as well for the quality of the dinner buffet and breakfast. Breakfast this morning was as always very good but for dinner they moved the buffet to the ballroom because of Ramadan fasting opening. It was terrible. It looked so cheap. Decoration was super ugly. Lights were depressive. Poor choice of food and very poor taste. And the place is too big so we walked kilometers to get our food. It felt like eating in a cheap’food court in an airport in Pakistan. And I need to say that my partner is local from Jakarta and she is muslim and felt the same way. And I want to add that I already had the dinner buffet in the regular restaurant during Ramadan 2 years ago and it was very good. This was miles away from’Kempinski standards. What a shame.

Review: Kempinski team reached out to me asking whether or not we are having a special occasion for the stay. After I told them the occasion, they went the extra miles by providing the best suites amenities for the mentioned event.
Positive points: The location near the shopping center nBut during the weekend a lot of traffic

Review: Always deliver the best. Especially the staffs working there. Friendly, warm and always with a smile.
Positive points: On par with other 5 star hotels in the similar price range. Spa, rooftop were very good. Rooms were as well in very nice condition. Service was professional especially considering that I forgot some valuable belongings and the staff kept it for me.
Negative points: Breakfast is very extensive but the shear amount of people gave the filling of an all you can eat free buffet' very crowded and very zoo like. I do not know if all the people were hotel guests or the breakfast is given at a special rate to outsiders.
